Comfortable, durable, cute! Size differs from classic Tevas. The outer “lip” of these takes up about a half to whole size. I bought the same size in these as my regular Tevas and find they would be more comfortable if I had sized up to the next size.

These shoes might be the best shoes I have bought in years. True to size. Love all the adjustable straps (3). Bed of shoe is like a cradle for your foot. These are thick enough to walk in a rocky riverbed without feeling the sharp rocks through the sole of the shoes. These are quality made and I expect they will last for many years to come.

I’ve worn the originals for years. This style has more cushion and thicker heal giving more shock absorption. I have a narrow foot with high arches. I like the support and stability of the footbed. Appreciate the ability to custom fit my size 5 foot. They are pricey for a sport sandal but they are well worth the money! They last for years. When they look worn out I retire them to work in my garden! Wish local retailers would carry them so I could try on different styles. My biggest complaint is trying to find size 5. Worth the money!

These sandals a replacement for my original Xlt sandals which were excellent. Very comfortable, durable for years of varied uses, all kinds of weather. Hopefully these new Xlt2 sandals will be as comfortable and durable. Have not been able to test them yet. They appear durable and fit well. Three stars as it was a bit of a hassle to return wrong size.

I tried this style, two other Teva styles (the more basic looking footbed), and Chacos at REI to decide which to get. I do not have a high arch at all and immediately upon putting on the Chacos, I knew I’d get a blister. If you have high arches, check them out! But for the rest of us… I really loved some of the colors of the other Teva styles but this one is SO much more comfortable and supportive! That was clear almost immediately just trying them on. So I ordered these and have been wearing them non stop the past two months. They were just my primary footwear choice on a camping trip. I loosened them to wear wool socks during the 50° mornings (easy to customize the fit) and also wore them on two moderate hikes (one significantly steep and I was very well supported). The color is lovely and so far they’ve wiped clean easily! I wear a size 7.5 in most shoes and have found size 7 to be a perfect fit.

Teva Hurricane Xlt2 sandal is my favorite sandal for hiking or long walks. I walk 6-12 miles a day and these sandals are comfortable right out of the box, have good support, and last for 1-2 years before the sole finally wears thin (which is great, considering how many miles I walk each year!). I've used different brands over the past few decades (a runner-up is a Merrell sandal), but the Teva Hurricane feels the most comfortable for my feet and the many miles I walk. Black is basic and works for the office I work in, but the patterned sandals are also cute. Everyone's feet and gait are different, but Teva works best for me.

I like these, but the bumps on the sole are a little uncomfortable for me. I do like the one strap adjustment. Color is nice. I kept them and I wear them, but wish I could find a pair of sandals that I like how they go on and the straps as well as a comfortable foot pad
