Aesthetically this mirror is beautiful. Functionally… meh. It takes quite a few jabs to get the back light to turn on. I managed to get the defogger to work maybe twice which is really annoying. That’s one of the features that made me choose this mirror. Not worth the full price, if you can wait until a sale you’d be much happier. I was lucky that I bought it during the holidays when the price went down.

This mirror works great, but it’s not very easy to install. I had watched some YouTube videos on installing this style of mirror and from what I saw, most of them have a hook mounting system. This one does not have the hook system where you put the hooks on the studs and then hang the mirror, this one has the kind where you have to get four screws in the exact right position so the line up with the holes on the back of the mirror. Luckily my wife is good at measuring, and we got it right the first time! Seems like it could be a little brighter too, but overall it looks fabulous and gives our bathroom a higher end look.

The packaging arrived very secure and I was very impressed. This was our second mirror (first mirror was purchased from another seller and it was packaged very poorly). We were completing a guest bathroom remodel and decided instead of getting a new lighting fixture and a mirror, we would opt for a lighted mirror. We re routed the electrical behind the wall to align well with the mirror. There is plenty of cable to allow for a hard wired option. Based on where the previous lighting was, we had to move our electrical prior to back splashing the wall but depending on your installation location, you may be fine. The mirror will require two people for installation. The slots for final install will be very tight and triple check your measurements before final screw install. Our only complaint is the mirror is not very bright. Luckily we have a ceiling light in the bathroom to provide a brighter atmosphere. If this will be the only light in your bathroom, I strongly encourage you to think twice.

I recently remodeled our small powder room and wanted a bigger illuminated mirror to make it feel larger. This product has a great number of difference sizes available. First off, the packaging was great, well padded and nothing came in damaged. All four corners had rubber bumpers attached for protection during transit. As a mirror...it's fine. Clear as can be, no distortion or imperfections as a mirror should. But if you're buying this mirror, you could care less about this part. The illumination is the reason I bought this mirror and the illuminated mirrors at Ikea just weren't as nice or modern looking...almost tacky. The light is inside the mirror with no raised edges or indication it's a light aside from the frosted white lines when off. The light it gives off is a nice clean bright white in the daylight temperature. The dimmer works at it should but does not change the color temp. Not a deal breaker but I did switch out my overhead lights to match the color temp as my originals were warmer. As a defogger, I'm sure it works but I put this in a powder room with no shower or bath so I won't really be using it. I know it works because I hear a relay click when the button is touched. I wanted a light that would be hardwired so it would turn on and off with the light switch. Which this does perfectly and as a bonus, retains the brightness setting last set at. I really only have two complaints. First off, I wish it came with a mounting template, and had to take precise measurements as getting the drywall screw/anchors spot on was crucial with a minimal margin of error. Which by the way, I threw away the drywall screw and anchors it came with and bought some nice 75 lbs anchors from the hardware store as this thing has some heft to it. Second complaint may not be warranted, but the gauge wire seems awfully thin to have a heating element being powered but I didn't crack it open to find out what kind of heating element it uses, but since I won't be using that feature I'm not worried about it. Overall, very happy with this purchase

I'm relatively happy with the mirror. My issue is I ordered 2 in mid November and 1 was del ivered in 3 days and it took over 9 weeks and 3 reorders to get the second one even though on the web site it said they were in stock for immediate delivery. I had several conversations with Amazon support and after the 3rd reorder, I got the product. It was for a bathroom remodel and it cost me twice the price of the mirror to have my contractor come back and install after everything else was completed. I will not do business with TETOTE Company again and I strongly advise anyone considering their products to be very careful.
