Lacking in any instructions, although I do notice some references to the clips and the roof sunshield. You’ll figure out the windshield part. And you will also figure out that there is one way that the roof shields go however, the clips are a bit difficult to use properly. And you may need physical therapy after all the contortions to get the clips to slide in between the glass and the trim on your Tesla. There were no gaps for mine to slide and I had to get a sharp knife to make the trim a bit movable. This is a bit of a headache and the clips repeatedly fell off and got lost under the seats although I did eventually find them all again , I can say you won’t want to do this repeatedly. That is you will probably want to install them for the entire season and leave them alone. It’s not something you would do on a daily basis. And be careful not to damage the trim of your Tesla. The trim around the window on the top of your vehicle is very tightly bound to the window, and these clips will not slide in easily. You have to do a bit of modification to your vehicle to make them fit properly. ... show more

This sun shade set exceeded my expectations. I live in Arizona, where our summers hit 110F (43C) or higher on a regular basis. This shade screen set does a fantastic job of reducing the heat in my vehicle. I have Cabin Overheat Protection enabled on my car, and this has reduced how much battery gets used during the day. My favorite piece is the screen for the roof (over the driver's seat). The roof glass wasn't tinted well enough to keep my head from getting hot when the sun is overhead, and even with a black mesh screen from another company, my head still got warm. This is a perfect solution that blocks all overhead heat, so I expect long trips to be much more comfortable. When I bought this, I was nervous about the two layer construction, thinking that it would be worse than having everything all in one layer. I was wrong - I actually prefer it this way. The sun shade for the windshield is one layer so that it's easy to put up and remove, but you'll notice in the last photo that it wrinkles after being folded up. The roof and rear sun shades are two layers, which takes a bit more work to install, but it's worth it for how much better they look without the wrinkles they would have had if they were a single layer. The reflective layer comes folded up, so I decided to use a clothes steamer to remove the wrinkles, but it wasn't really necessary. The Model 3's tinted glass is dark enough to completely hide it from view. The back of the reflective layer has Velcro that attaches to the inner mesh layer, and it was easy to assemble. I didn't use the steamer on the inner mesh layer because it already looked great. When you're assembling this, if the reflective layer and the mesh layer don't line up exactly right, just remember that it won't matter because the reflective layer is out of sight. Trust the process - it will look great in the end. The thing that impressed me about this set is how well it fits the Model 3. I had a different roof shade screen set before buying this (different brand - black mesh, no reflective layer) and it required way more clips to hold it up. This one can (temporarily) hold itself up from the tension alone, so you don't need as many clips to keep it in place. I recommend using 4 of the clips on the roof screen (line it up with the middle of the visors and then put them in the same spot on the back). Use the remaining 6 clips on the rear screen (two on each side, and just experiment to see what placement holds it up best). With the rear screen, I did notice that it flaps around if I'm driving and the rear windows are down. However, this same thing occurred with my black mesh screen from a different company. If you're considering window screens for your Tesla, just know that this is something you'll experience, no matter which company you buy from. With these screens, it's no problem to roll down the front windows, even at highway speeds. Regarding the windshield screen, it's the highest quality shade screen I've ever had. It's specifically made to fit the Model 3's massive windshield, and it has a cut-out with Velcro to go around the mirror. As shown in the photo, it covers the entire windshield perfectly. It also comes with a carrying pouch, so you can fold it back up and put it in the pouch. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to reduce the heat in their car. The windshield shade fits nice and I like the double layer. The Front Roof Shade fits nice with only one spot pucker buts it's small. The Rear Roof Shade is about 12" too long, it drastically reduces vision and I will not use it since the Model 3 has poor rear visibility already. The picture is looking into the rearview mirror. The bluish area is what you see, the lighter area is what is blocked. The sales guy in the ad must not use his rearview mirror. ... show more

Almost perfect, but still happy with the product. Some people might look for installation instructions but there is none. If you have good eyes with geometric figures you do not need instructions. It took me roughly 5-7 minutes to install. Overall I'm happy with the end result as it covers almost all of the roof, except some tight gaps between the roof glass and the bezel won't let the tabs slide in all the way. So you have to wiggle and reposition the tabs to get a good fit. Other than that it's a great buy for the price. Now since our SoCal sun is back up again after the June gloom this saved us from a direct sunlight. ... show more
