Broke in 2 months and scratched the hell out of my dash. Update: the seller contacted me and offered me a replacement for it. they were quick and professional, I was pretty surprised. sounds like I just got a faulty one and the manufacture is willing to own up, big plus in my book. changed review to 4 stars from 2 for excellent customer service

In the television commercial it was stated that it kept the vehicle cool maybe because here in San Antonio, TX the weather has been in the 104 or in a cool day day it 100 . Unable to keep the vehicle cool.

This product was working great in my truck. Literally less than a week after my return window expired one of the arms poked through the fabric and risks scratching my truck. Very frustrating. The company reached out about my problem and took care of the situation. I was offered a refund or replacement even though I was outside the return window and made the problem right. Very fast and friendly service from a. Company that stands behind their product.

As I say, it fits great in my 2021 Seltos, providing coverage and easy fitting inside to fit behind rear view mirror and a windshield mount for the cell phone holder (it attaches inside window via a suction cup). I appreciate it has a bendy metal ball & socket stem that allows you to move the handle, as needed. Only possible downside is it doesn’t include a storage case, but since it’s about the size of a short umbrella (for rain), I’ll see if I can find a nylon fabric case lying around the house to store it in.
