Bottom Line, I passed today having only used this study guide. There were maybe 10 of the 150 questions on the entire test that matched the questions in the Termite Terry exams. What I learned was that if you concentrate on the chapter information and memorize everything about each bug you'll be fine, just don't concentrate on the test questions. The exam was heavy on cockroaches (in detail), rats (know the roof and Norway rats in detail), fleas, bed bugs and ants (in detail). I have to agree that within that book is everything you need to pass the exam the first time. Good luck! ... show more

I took the exam for Branch 2 Operators examination and failed. I ordered "Termite Terry's" book and passed on my very next attempt. At first, I was skeptical because of all of the reviews that where posted on the website prior to my examination date. The reviews weren't negative just a little dated, I'm not sure how often they change the Branch 2 exam but the book still works.
