Hubby had been using rubber covers on his walker, in order to not scratch our hardwood floors. But they made a lot of noise and moreso made it more difficult to use the walker. These tennis balls,( without me ending up at the ER because I cut my hand🙄 trying to cut a tennis ball,) work very well. They glide across the floor, making it easier for him to get around the house. Just bog standard, over priced tennis balls !!!! Go to wally world and buy some. Use a SHARP to cut an X on each ball. Just don't cut yourself!! If your disabled or can't do this, than by all means these are a good option.
