Stylish 30 oz. , heavy duty, marine grade UV stable vinyl upholstery increases appeal and durability. Includes (4) 1/4" - 20 x 1" bolts. Allows mounting to any 5" x 5" standard marine swivel (swivel not included), slide or seat spider.

I can't find any real flaws with these seats. The only improvement I'd make is a locking mechanism so I can leave the seats folded down on the boat in transit. These seats are not worth the money, I sat on mine for about an hour and the cushion flattened out and it was like setting on a flat pine board. save your money. I would never buy these seats again. On top of that they are rather narrow.
