Think about it, the ONLY negative things people have to say about this product is they thought it would be larger, because of the poorly composited product image by the seller. Other than the fact this isn't the size of Mt. Everest, it is in fact about a great size for a young kid. Fully assembled it's roughly 17" long and 10" tall. I have 2 special needs children (9yo autistic, 7yo downs) and finding a toy that can occupy their attention for more than a few moments is a struggle, to try and keep them off their iPads. I got this in the mail yesterday and assembled it. I purchased this listing specifically because it has the most cars included with the playset. All others have maybe 4 or 5 cars, then some plastic dinosaurs. This has 10 cars. My 2 kids have sat, mesmerized, for probably a combined 4 hours with this thing since yesterday afternoon. They absolutely love it. WIth all the cars racing around the multiple levels in a nonstop looping cycle, its' visual stimulus bliss. Last week I tried buying a cheap, horribly made smaller battery operated track, similar in concept to this, from a different seller that is only $15-20. It was a complete waste money and I'm returning it. That one, I had to WD40 the track just so the cars would move (its' a yellow track... you know the one I"m talking about) and the cars were constantly getting stuck, with the track pieces not coming together seamlessly. THIS TRACK is so amazingly made in comparison. It's incredibly sturdy, all of the pieces fit together PERFECTLY, it just feels so well made compared to the cheaper track. This was 100% worth the $50. After a few hours, one of the escalators stopped moving. The motor was trying to make it go, but it was as if it was internally stuck on something. I simply took that track piece off really quick, used my finger to manually turn the gear that turns it a few times, and whatever was stuck inside of the piece, got back into place and it started working again. No problems since. I absolutely love this thing. The only thing I'd caution about, is that the race cars on this set are very small, only being 1" long and 1/2" tall. So if you have a LITTLE LITTLE toddler who is still putting things in their mouths, wait on buying this, so they don't try swallowing a cop car or school bus :-) ... show more

It states 3+ but after purchasing 1 for each of my grandson's I was excited to put it together for the oldest (his birthday is in a few days) the only way I'd let him play with it is if myself or gigi is right there. Even so I'm not sure. The cars are literally the size of my thumbnail. Other than that it's pretty cool just to small in my opinion for Littles. Easy choke hazard. ... show more

The main gripe is that it isn’t very stable….lots of interconnecting pieces that easy come apart. Other than that, it is a really cool toy. I got it built (really cool tiny track and cars) put batteries in and it wouldn’t work. Go figure. Luckily if you take apart the entire thing and rewire it- it’ll work. But you shouldn’t have do do that and most people won’t even know how. Had a very upset birthday boy at first. Yay for daddy fixing his toy. Now he can enjoy it. ... show more

There were no instructions for placement of stickers, there were missing parts, and I had to keep putting the "elevator" back together. Once I received a replacement with all parts, my granddaughter was able to play with it and it worked well.

The media could not be loaded. We just received this on our doorstep, opened the box, setting it up and was toward the end when I turned the toy on, but the upper escalator is not working. It has a burning smell when we turn it on. I looked for a phone number to call, but only see a China number. Going to try and contact Amazon. Other than that it looks very cute, seems sturdy and looks like a toy my child would love if it worked! Hoping there is good customer service. I remember reviews saying about how small it is. Yes, it is smaller than how the picture is perceived, but don’t think my child would care about that. Mine did come with directions. I wouldn’t say they were a huge help, but helped some. The track itself is great and can be put on a loop. It has a good amount of options to interact with the track. The description mentions music and lights and the toy does not have neither. The weird part is there are little speaker holes at the bottom which leads me to believe it's defective but I didn't bother to return. ... show more
