The media could not be loaded. For starters, the price on a product of this quality and caliber for a telescope beginner, 10 OUT OF 10! I had done some researching on Amazon, looking for the perfect gift before purchasing. This particular telescope got a ton of raved reviews, so I took a leap of faith and bought it for a Christmas gift and BOYYY did it NOT DISAPPOINT. I loved how sturdy and simplistic the packaging was! So I ended up setting it up late in the evening on Christmas Day and I've gotta say —before opening the box I was intimidated on getting the telescope set-up as this is my first bought telescope 🔭 for me and my daughter. Packaging was very neat and considerately well packaged for the consumers. When you open the box, there are three individual smaller rectangular boxes with all the pieces. First box is the stand, under that in the second box is the actual scope and the third box says accessories on it, these are the pieces you add to the telescope once the main pieces are put together. (The stand and scope boxes have a photo to display what your grabbing and what's inside that individual box.) Setup was extremely easy —again this is my first telescope and I'm not exactly savvy with knowing what pieces go where on a telescope, either way setup was basically manually screwing on pieces although instructions DEFINITELY did help, so make sure it's on hand while putting everything together. All together everything took me about roughly 30-35 minutes. Although I had to go back to make sure I had correctly pieced everything together. So make sure to take your time and be thorough. However if your more savvy with telescopes piecing them together could take less time than it did for me. I tested it out and I'm still getting used to it, but I got some beautiful images of the stars. 🌌 Still waiting on a better night to get some images of the moon. 🌕 All in all it's a BIG WIN for me! And I 100% recommend this product if you've been looking for a telescope or a new telescope! ... show more
