The media could not be loaded. We received the pink one as a gift from my daughters grandfather after he had seen it on their wishlist. He ordered it for them early and we put it away for when they would receive it as a gift. When we went to open it and prepare to use it we were heartbroken to discover that the adjustable tripod head with a handle was sheered off at an unfixable spot.
