The package arrived on time as promised. Unfortunately, the telescope arrived damaged. It was highly disappointing as it was purchased for our child Christmas present. We did not open the box to start assembling it until 3 am Christmas morning. To say the least it dampened Christmas morning. I just submitted an exchange request. The tripod was broken in the same way as the previous customer documented with her video. The package was box in a longer box so maybe the tripod was damaged in transit as it was allowed to shift around it quite a bit. Will upload photos later. Edit: The replacement arrived sooner than expected. Assembly was quick and easy. My only question is how does the remote for the camera work. This was bought for a four-year-old who loves the stars. Very good optics, easy to focus, light weight. But attaboys are out weighed by the cheap neck strap, carrying case, and most of all the main selection point for me. It is supposed to be ready to attach to cell to take long distance photos or videos. Cell to binocular attaching hardware was only partially shipped and no instructions were sent. I did receive a partial refund, kudos to them for that. They are good binoculars, but I did not receive what was advertised. ... show more

Sure, it looks cool, but the directions which came with the telescope were not only in a different language but also for a different item. It was the number one item on my daughter’s Christmas list and she never got to use it. It’s just collecting dust and more disappointment. Not worth the price at all.
