I've wanted a telescope since I was a teenager, and finally getting one has been a real joy. This model is well made, relatively easy to assemble, and offers a great view of the night sky. As someone who’s not an astronomer but simply curious about the stars, This hits the sweet spot — It’s approachable for beginners but still delivers a rewarding experience. I've been able to see stars and even spot a few constellations, which has been exciting. While it’s not a professional-grade scope and there are limits to what you can see, it’s more than enough for casual stargazing. It feels sturdy during use, and the included case and attachments are a nice bonus — though I will say it’s a bit bulky to carry around. If you’re a novice like me looking to explore the night sky without getting overwhelmed, this is a great place to start.

We spent over 4 hours trying to get the focus correct before giving up. Could never get it to focus and gave ourselves migraines trying after 4 hours of staring into this thing. Directions and instructions are minimal at best. Maybe if you’re a pro, but for a beginner this is not user friendly at all. Sending it back.
