We got this telescope for my son who is an absolutely space fiend. It is nicer than expected and we love that it has a storage case included to keep it safe. The case is pretty solid and the foam does a good job protecting the telescope when it’s in the case. The directions were clear and there’s even videos that you can reference for its use. The telescope was easy to put together and my son was able to do it by himself referencing the directions. It’s not super heavy and easy to move from place to place with a sturdy tripod stand. He had a little bit of difficulty figuring out how to properly use it but watching the referenced YouTube videos cleared that up for him and he was a pro before long. The picture is clear, day or night, and it’s easy to make the proper adjustments on the scope. Truly better than we expected. I would absolutely purchase this again if the need were to arise. My son is very happy with his telescope bounty!

This telescope is a great combination of ease of use, lightweight and a great value. I originally noticed this listing and was excited for my kids but after assembling it and setting it up I have found myself using much more than I anticipated. I really love that it came with an included carry/storage bag. That makes keeping it clean and safe and easy to transport a breeze! The price point is incredible for the value of what you are getting. The materials are awesome and lightweight but very sturdy at the same time. If you do your research, you will see what you are getting here is one of the best deals listed on Amazon. I very highly recommend this telescope, for all user, beginners or regular skywatchers. Great starter telescope. Careful placement of the viewfinder required or you'll never find what you're looking for. Once you figure that out, it's fine. Nice carrying case, stable tripod (only wish the legs were longer).

Great telescope. In my opinion, it's definitely not a hobby killer, but this is only my first proper telescope so take it with a grain of salt. It is pretty good for what you paid for. I can get a good view of most planets, although I live in a large city with lots of light. Linning up what you want to see is definitely a skill and you will get better at it with more use. It's a great entry telescope to see if you're truly interested in the hobby. TLDR: Great entry telescope, especially for the price. Not a hobby killer and should allow you to see some entry level celestial bodies. (I'm only a beginner so take it how you will)
