I've never had a telescope before, so this has been a lot of fun for me! This is easy to assemble and disassemble and is very light for convenient portability. The included carrying case is quite handy. It took me a few tries, but I got a couple nice shots of the moon. The included camera holder helped a lot to take some decent pics. I bought this for my 8 year old nephew and he was very impressed. From his dad: - Easy to assemble and use - Great for beginners and comes with carrying bag - Included wireless remote and phone adapter allow you to capture celestial images Would definitely recommend as it’s great value for money.

It does not even hold the phone, that option doesn't work at all which was why I bought it. It will not stabilize which means nothing will focus. I would return it but after getting the entire thing put together the thought of taking it apart and boxing it back up is daunting which is what they are betting on I imagine ... show more

Seems to be a very good basic telescope. We camp a lot and I wanted something to look at the stars and planets that wasn't going to break the bank. So far so good. Even came with a case.

This telescope is perfect for beginners and light weight. It came with a nice traveling bag for easy storage. On those clear days, the moon can be seen perfectly with this telescope. Very satisfied with my purchase.
