I purchased this purse for a trip to NYC. I was concerned with pick-pocketer's. This purse worked well. My cell phone fit in the front pocket. I didn't have to go digging for it. The back zippered pocket was perfect for my cash and inside the large zipper there were slots for my cards. My sunglasses fit nicely in the large zipper. The only downfall was a bottle of water didn't fit inside it, but it would have made it bulge too much anyways. The straps adjust well, and you can wear it on the left- or right-hand side. while on the subway I wore it higher on my chest between my breast and any other times I was able to adjust it down lower right under my breast area.
