  • How to find connector on Ford F53 chassis
I have a 2005 Fleetwood-Southwind motorhome with the Ford F53 chassis. I had a really hard time finding the connector under the dash so I thought I might help someone figure it out. It took me 2-hours of digging and needlessly dismantling the dash. The connector on all Ford F53 chassis from '99 to present have the connector on the left side of the steering column but it is baried between 3 trunks of the main harness and back behind an air conditioning duct tube. The wire coming out of the trunk harness is doubled back on itself and taped with black electrical tape. The white connector comes out of the harness pointing down but is doubled back and the connector ends up pointing up. It is jammed tightly in between the other harnesses so you have to find that one wire pack that is doubled back on itself. Stick your fingers up there and you will feel the connector however it is impossible to see it. Carefully cut the electrical tape the holds the wires bent back on themselves then pull the connector out of it's little hiding place. Only Ford would do something like that.... :-( ... show more

  • FITS factory (port) wired 2017 Landrover Discovery PERFECTLY
Bought the P3 and the RF just Incase this harness didn’t work. I unscrewed the two bolts holding up panel by brake and gas pedals. Honestly, the only thing that did was allow me to find the harness. I stuck my hand up behind the brake and it was about 6 inches up to the left of the brake pedal. (I am a woman so I have smaller hands) I clicked it in..and attached T3 and it powered right up. No additional wires needed. I’ll update this review after I install the holder and if the brakes on my Hawk horse trailer don’t work with it. The lack of information for new Landrover discovery was frustrating. I Searched Landrover forums and every question asking if a harness even existed was unanswered. A prewired 2017 Landrover with a seven way does have a harness and it really is plug and go with this..(after I mount the bracket of course!) ... show more

  • Fit my 2015 Winnebago Vista Motorhome PERFECTLY ( FORD 22K# Chassis )
Fits My 2015 Winnebago Vista MotorHome perfectly. Before ordering I took pictures of the plug on the motorhome (by the way, the factory installed plug on this Ford 22,000 # chassis is located at the bottom of the steering column left hand side) and compared them to this plug. PERFECT FIT, PLUG AND PLAY, could not be happier. ... show more

  • Fits Ford F350
Bought because I was mounting a Tekonsha Primus brake controller to my 2003 Ford F350 6.0L with a cheapo brake controller on it already. After unplugging the cheapo controller harness and removing the old controller this harness plugged right into the factory plug behind the dash above the driver foot area and plugged right into the Tekonsha brake controller. So easy, worked first try. I had read reviews this "didn't fit" my truck, but yes it sure does. ... show more

  • For the price it was worth having...
I bought this wiring adapter with the Tekonsha P3 Electronic Brake Control. Both the brake controller and my truck came with adapters that simply needed to be spliced together at the pre-stripped ends. I didn't want to spend the extra time splicing them together and the price on this was very reasonable so I splurged. Plus, I have a back up if I ever need it. My only caution on this was that I had it plugged into the receptor plug on the truck while I was trying to weave it between the equipment in the dashboard to the point where I had the brake control mounted and I hadn't disconnected the truck's batteries beforehand. I ended up grounding the adapter on a metal support which blew the heavy duty fuse (~ $4.50 for one fuse) in the truck's fuse block. Doing it again, I would either disconnect my batteries or put some electrical tape over the end of the adapter while installing it. ... show more

  • Tekonsha needs to revise their applicability table
This 3035-P is not supposed to fit the female adapter in my 2018 Land Rover Discovery.... since there isn't one listed for the Rover, I bought it after comparing pictures of the male plug. IT DOES FIT my Rover... perfectly. TEKONSHA needs to revise their applicability table....hence 4-stars. It is a very well made harness and was easy to install. ... show more

  • Works with Land Rover factory connector
This pig tail works 2016 Range Rover, 2019 Range Rover, 2020 Land Rover Defender, 2011 Range Rover, 2012 Land Rover LR4. If your Land Rover is is factory wired then this will simply plug in to the connector that’s already installed under the panel where your brake pedal is at. Super simple install. I’m guessing it works with all late model land rovers that are factory wired. ... show more

  • Fast installation.
Perfect fit!! Time and money saver. I originally bought this break controller for my 97 250 and the installation was expensive and took some serious time. This in comparison was a walk in the park. It took longer to install the break controller bracket then this harness. I could not be happier. This is a quality harness that I am sure will outlast my truck. ... show more
