B.How to Do It 1. Clean Surface - prepare your target surface clean and dry, the smoother the surface the easier to transfer the vinyl. 2. Design with cutter - put on a cutting mat that has a sticky back and cut the design by cutting machines. 3. Weeding the excess vinyl - leave the letters/graphics on the sheet (hook tools work well). 4. Apply the transfer paper - gently put a transfer tape on the surface of the cut vinyl. Use a scraper over the design and make sure the transfer tape is adhering to the vinyl nice and tight. 5. Adhere it to the new clean and dry flat surface slowly- carefully work with delicate patterns. 6. Remove Transfer paper - rub the clear tape carefully from the center out to adhere the vinyl securely. C.Notice: A test cut is always recommended. This is NOT heat transfer vinyl/NOT Printable Vinyl/not work with inkjet or laser printers. Please note that colors appear slightly different on computer monitors.

I got the metallic chrome vinyl and it's beautiful. The colors are bold yet muted in a way, so they can stand out yet work well with other colors. The pack included a paper that recommended "Premium Vinyl - Holographic Pressure 180-185" cut settings for a cricut maker. Premium Vinyl had a pressure of 107 and did not work. Holographic Vinyl has a pressure of 152 and I'm not positive if I tested this. However, cardstock (for intricate cuts) has a pressure of 182 (in the recommended range) BUT it runs twice on default. So I created my own setting that matched this but just runs once. On default pressure it cuts perfectly every time. Really impressed with this Vinyl and plan on getting more for myself and a friend. ... show more

I used to use the Joann brand holographic vinyl, but it's been discontinued. I bought this pack since it was a similar color combination to the Joann blue/pink/silver holographic vinyl bundle. The Teckwrap blue is a near dupe of the blue Joann holo, and the Teckwrap pink is a similar dupe to the pink Joann holo (although, there is a clear difference in color shift between the two). I believe the third color in this bundle is their Hyacinth Blue color, which isn't a silver holo like in the Joann bundle, but still beautiful! I used the regular vinyl setting on my Cricut maker with a LightGrip mat, and it cut perfectly with no sticking to or cutting through the carrier sheet. The transfer tape they provide is great as well, and it worked a lot better than my Cricut/Joann brand transfer tape. I tried one of each color to make sure there was consistent performance, and I found no issues. I bought this to sample their vinyl before committing to full 5 foot rolls, and I will definitely be purchasing again (in larger quantities!) ... show more

I received the product folded up in a large envelope, so I had to set it underneath some books to flatten out and there were still some creases/dents left in it afterwards. Overall though, it was easy to use and weeded fine. However this was my first vinyl project so I do not have anything to compare it to. The colors were very vibrant. I will say that the transfer tape it came with did not work well at all. But luckily I had some on hand that was a different brand, that I was able to use. ... show more

The silver chrome vinyl sheets came in 5 12"x12" sheets not rolls so I did not experience any problems with bubbling like other reviews have stated. There is a clear film over it that you must remove before working with the vinyl which protects the vinyl, so I think it's good that it's there. This was my first time using my new cricut and the vinyl worked very well on my cricut explore air 2 with the setting "vinyl +." Cant say for any of the other color options, but the "holographic silver chrome vinyl sheets" are 5 stars and will be repurchasing once I run out! Great quality, pretty color, and extremely easy to work with. I've included some pics of decals I have already made to show what the rainbow holographic looks like. ... show more
