Why anyone would rebuild such a perfect gaming system only to handicap it with a nearly worthless Wi-Fi adapter that isn't compatible with the OS is beyond me. But after getting myself a new USB Wi-Fi adapter, my experience with this system has been as magical as tech can be. A note: the description says the OS is Windows 11 Pro, it isn't. It's the Home version, for most (like me) this isn't a problem. All of my software and games run a charm, overall, I'm very happy the last one I got sucked and I chose to upgrade to this one. Setup was easy, everything worked without trouble, all of my accessories. It runs completely silently, which is very nice. the price is a steal for this system, the minimal cost I had to pay for a new Wi-Fi adapter is negligible compared to how perfectly this accommodates everything I need it to.

After opening up Christmas morning and spending an hour and a half with customer support I document the issue with Amazon. They contacted the seller who had me call support again and spending an hour disassembling the computer tower and searching through menus on what was clearly a hard drive issue. They then offered to send me a hard drive for me to replace and I asked for a tower replacement as I am not in any way a computer technician. This was a huge disappointment for a Christmas present and my son will not get to enjoy it on his school break. My experience tells me to advise others to buy something else somewhere else.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this purchase. It was packaged nicely and came in good timing. The computer connected to the internet without a problem. Once we created a Microsoft account, we could set up parent controls etc. Everything works, and my son is a very happy 12 year old with a new gaming PC. I will update if issues arise down the road. So far , so good!

System seemed to fire up just fine. Downloaded steam and quest to the system. Quest states the video card is not capatable with the system. Downloaded a newer game "ready or not" to my pc. When running, VERY slow and lagging. Looked up graphics cards that support what I want, all are ddr5. This system is ddr4. Returning the system.
