abunda_amazon_reviews I found this at sport clips many moons ago and if you're a guy and you haven't tried it I'd highly recommend it. It provides more of a very gentle hold with conditioning properties but I use it in lieu of a paste/creme etc. which tends to be oily and greasy. You wont get that from this but on the flip side if you're looking for a strong hold you may be disappointed. It easily serves as a hand and body moisturizer and I've used it as an aftershave many a times. To me I really enjoy the scent of the paul mitchell tea tree products but some have mentioned they feel it's a medicinal smell.;;Reviewed in the United States on January 26, 2018;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;... a guy and you haven't tried it I'd highly recommend it. It provides more of a very gentle ...;;Colin Thomas;;;I'll start off by saying that I genuinely hate to leave negative reviews, and especially 1-star reviews, but this product just did nothing for me at all, and I feel I have to be honest and share my experience, and I believe that the Amazon shopping experience depends on people doing so. I have dry, frizzy hair, and I usually use some sort of oil or fat after showering. I've tried a few substances with varying success. Lately I've been using a blend of olive oil and shea butter. This works OKAY, but doesn't completely cure the frizz, and leaves an oily residue in my hair. The shea butter feels good on the skin though. I was drawn to this product because of the positive reviews, especially the reviews saying that this product helps moisturize hair, helps with frizz, and doesn't leave a residue. Only the last thing is true. It does indeed leave my hair feeling soft and doesn't have an oily feel, but the dryness and frizz was, if anything, even worse than if I had used no product at all. It's also advertised as a skin moisturizer, but I tried it on my face and it only made my skin feel dry, tight, and visibly wrinkled (!). And finally, I gotta say, it's hellishly expensive. $15 for 10 ounces. 10 ounces is not a lot, guys and gals. The container is smaller than a coke can. The product seems dense, and you don't have to use a lot, but still, I think $15 is asking for too much. So that's it. I don't know what else to say. This product seems beloved by many, and I don't doubt that those other reviews are sincere and genuine. But my personal recommendation is, if you're trying to help with dry frizzy hair, this product won't solve that problem for you. I would say go ahead and try it if you're on the fence; I was able to get a full refund so I guess I'm glad I could experiment with something different.;;Reviewed in the United States on November 2, 2019;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Did not help my dry, frizzy hair at all.;;Stephen Loving;;;Great stuff. I use this leave in conditioner as a quick styling product after jumping out of the shower. if you dry your hair pretty well and just throw a little of this leave in condition in it will give you that light hold as if you got nothing in there. If you apply to damp hair and can dry a little crisp especially if you apply generously. However, if you run you hand through your hair when it's dry it loosens up and doesn't get flaky. Smells great and leaves your hair really soft.;;Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2018;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;can't go wrong with Paul Mitchell and Tea Tree;;AMoney;;;Typical great tea tree smell. But the big win is this product’s ability to fix a dry scalp. I’ve always struggled with some scalp dryness, not dandruff just dry skin. This is the first product I have used that actually worked. No in the shower conditioner I’ve tried worked. Plus this stuff is great for your beard. I have a really wiry beard. This stuff tames it and makes it smell great.;;Reviewed in the United States on April 9, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Outstanding;;T. W.;;;This Tea Tree Hair and Body Moisturizer was first recommended to my by my hair stylist when I mentioned that my scalp is very dry and itchy during the winter months. I bought my first bottle at the salon, and now the second bottle is just less expensive to purchase from Amazon for the same product. I apply the moisturizer to my scalp with dry hair usually after washing it and massage in the lotion. It has really helped to relieve the dryness and itchiness of my scalp. I also use this lotion as a moisturizer on arms and neck from time to time, and it makes my skin feel soft and smooth but the skin seems to get dry quickly again so it doesn't seem to last very long. As I said, I don't use it regularly on my arms though. I love the scent of this moisturizer, it's somewhat earthy yet refreshing and pretty gender neutral so my husband can use it, too which he does when his scalp gets itchy. I do not like how it makes my hair look and feel after massaging it in. I have very short hair so it's not like I have trouble getting the lotion to the scalp, but the amount of lotion I need to use to feel relief on my scalp makes my hair feel somewhat greasy and looks weighed down and heavy after using it. I would probably use it more often if this wouldn't be the case, especially because I try to time application between washing my hair and leaving the house/not going out into public (I wash my hair daily).;;Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2020;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;Healing benefits and smells great, too;;C&S Stephens;;;I love this product because: The scent is mild and won't stick around long. You won't smell like tea tree oil when using it. The lotion goes on very easily and a little goes a long way. I like to put it on my legs and I don't need much to do that. It absorbs and dries quickly. It does not leave an oily residue on your skin. When it dries it feels more like a powder than a lotion. I've never used a lotion that is full body, including your HAIR, but it works great for my hair without weighing it down and making it feel unnatural like hairspray, gels and other hair products can. Last, but not least, I can use this on my hands and my cat will still allow me to pet her. With other lotions she won't let me touch her, she doesn't like the scent, but with this product its like I don't have anything at all on my hands and I can love on her all I like.;;Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2020;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;No oily residue!;;Buyer1234;;;I am 60 plus male who bought my first bottle of this from a hair stylist who cut my hair, noticed my dry scalp and recommended it for my dry scalp that also embarrassingly flaked a lot on dark shirts. I used this after getting out of the shower, rubbing it in my hair and scalp, and then combing my hair. It holds your hair in place, moisturizes your scalp, and can be combed later if you don't care for the mousse look. This bottle will probably last 4 or 5 months.;;Reviewed in the United States on December 30, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great product for dry, flakey scalp;;Robert D Murphree
