Had to order this twice because of shipping damage. 2nd also has damaged parts but fortunately between the 2 damaged shipments I had enough good parts for as whole. Design of the cart is good and could be useful for more than just paint masking. So here is where the masking machine can be improved. 1st, the instructions are terrible. So terrible in fact that if you follow them, you will not have enough of the nuts to assemble the tape holders. A write up on how it is intended to be used would also be good. The packaging is pretty poorly thought out and don't expect not to have a lot of scratched up paint. The unit is very wobbly. This could be improved by having 2 bolts through each upright into the bottom tray rather than the 1 it is setup for. The tray is also pretty thin metal. Probably would not be a big deal if it was not also doing the bulk of stabilizing the uprights. The tape holders are good, but the washers for it should be a couple MM larger in diameter and they would spin more consistently. Having 2 or so more tape holders would also be nice. The wheels are trash. I am not sure I understand the purpose of the bar on one side of the unit. Maybe to hang paint guns from? Not sure it just seems like a random part added on. A bar magnet here instead would be great to hold scissors. The cutters and springs to hold the paper down are nice, but the ends could be rounded a bit so there is not a sharp corner to catch anything brushing past it. All-in-all I am glad I purchased it but disappointed how much extra work I need to put into it before it's a good product. ... show more

    • Was short a few nuts, other than that was great.
Gave me way too many washers, which was ok. Just the right amount of bolts, and shorted me 4 nuts. Assembly was fine, used a pic of the unit. Cut and dried assembly until I ran short on nuts just as I was installing the tear-off sections. I modified the tape rollers by using fender washers on each side to more smoothly control friction to keep the tape tight to the paper. The supplied washers are way too small and slide right inside the rollers lol. ... show more

    • Cheap wheels and parts
4 lug nuts were missing, sent me 2 left frames that was hard to adjust to fit in wholes that was supposed to click together.. I had to jig it and force it for 30 minutes. Same old made in China chip junk! Since I'm missing 4 lug nuts I can't attach my cutters now!! I gotta go to home depot I guess to buy me some right? I would not recommend this product to anyone. Oh and the wheels that come with this product is a cheap plastic wheels that was worse than the toy wheels. Treys were already bent up. ... show more
