Purchased this to replace a small container like it which was lighter and caused swabs to be caught in the bottom dispense area, making it hard to remove them - very frustrating. So thankful we ordered this! It is more sturdy, a bit larger and definitely easier to access than our last container! Easy to get swabs from the bottom. Removing the lid is no problem either. The q-tips don't really roll out very easily and kind of stick to each other so it's hard to grab them from the dispenser. I will continue to use it since it saves up space on the counter but it's not really functional.

Love this holder! It is exactly as pictured, compact size and I like the dispensing feature. It makes it easy to take out Q-tips without removing the lid. the plastic is brittle and I believe it can break easily if it falls. It still is my favorite pick over other similar holders as the price is great, the wooden lid looks beautiful, and though it's not so durable a holder like this is usually not being moved or carried around a lot and you don't need to take off the lid every time. The lid is made of nicely finished wood with no raw/sharp edges. I paired it with plastic jars with bamboo lids from the same company, and love how it complements my vanity. ... show more
