These are very tasty. I am a fair skinned red head and tend to burn terribly in the summer. I started taking an Astaxanthin supplement in the summer two years ago and it made such a difference. No more sunburns (maybe a slight pink every once in a while) so I decided to make this a part of my every summer routine. I really like this combination, and the gummy formula is tasty. I was skeptical, but after about three weeks of daily use, I noticed my skin had a slight natural glow without tanning beds or sprays. The flavor is mild and not too sweet. Just be patient — they’re not an instant fix but worth it over time!

I've taken the ingredients contained in this supplement previously, in the context of what's sometimes called "eye vitamins. There's good stuff in these and it wasn't till this year that I started seeing them in tanning supplements. From what I've read, astaxanthin is a naturally occurring antioxidant. It's commonly considered useful for those seeking potential longevity-promoting and anti-aging effects. I know from my previous experience that it's also considered good for eye health in general. Lycopene, another "eye vitamins" ingredient, is considered helpful for promoting healthier skin. L-Tyrosine, an amino acid, helps produce melanin, which is likely why it's included in this supplement. This formula also includes a huge dose of vitamin A (417% of the daily value (DV)). That's great for the both the skin and the hair. These are sugar-free gummies that are fruit flavored using natural fruit juice: I like them and I'm glad that they're not too sweet. Each serving is two gummies, meaning that this will last one month. Good product that's also a good value: Recommended.

Whether I'm purposely tanning or I'm doing yard work these gummies are going to help aid me in protection for my skin. The four main ingredients not only help with melatonin and damage caused by the sun, they are also great for things beyond tanning. At the age of 50 I still want to be outdoors and still achieve a nice tan but adding more sunspots puts a damper on it but I'm more confident this summer season of enjoying the suns rays.

I’m an outdoor tanner, naturally fair-skinned. Been using about 2 weeks now. While I didn’t see an increase to the shade of my tan, what I have noticed is that I’m a more even all-over golden color. So not darker, but more even-toned. Gummies are sweet without being overly so. So far I’m pleased with this product and will continue to use the full bottle.

In all honesty, I'm not sure why I got these, maybe it reminded me of my younger days when we would take something (like brewers yeast?) before laying in the sun and we swore by it helping us tan? I don't know but what I do know is - L-tyrosine, lycopene, astaxanthin, and vitamin A won’t tan you - it's all hype. I didn't research the ingredients until after receiving these and I read that L-tyrosine should be used with caution if you're taking thyroid hormone replacement therapy, which I am, so I will ere on the side of caution and not take these. I did try them and they are quite good.
