The TAIFU battery charging system for the DJI Mavic Air 2S is fully compatible with my drone's batteries. The disappointment is that, despite having connections for two batteries, the charger charges only one battery at a time. It still functions as a 12V or 24V charger on the go, powered by your car or boat battery via the cigarette lighter adapter, but again, I expected to charge two batteries at once, which is why I gave it 4 stars. The charger/DC converter is very compact and fits easily in my drone case despite limited space. During use, it does get warm, but it makes no noise. The batteries — one at a time — charge well and, in terms of time, similarly to my backup charger. Again, for the price, I expected the double charge, but given its size and packability, I am happy with it.

I really wanted to love this charger because it’s a fantastic idea in theory. Being able to charge DJI batteries directly from your vehicle would make road trips and flying sessions much more convenient. The overall functionality is straightforward, and it’s easy to connect and use. The biggest issue is the charging performance. Although the charger allows you to connect two batteries at once, mine would only charge one battery at a time. I’m fairly confident this isn’t a power limitation with my Audi, so I’m not sure whether it’s a design limitation or something else. Either way, it makes charging take much longer than expected. Because of the slow charging speed, battery turnaround is disappointing, especially if you’re trying to keep multiple batteries ready for a day of flying. Instead of quickly replenishing battery capacity between flights, I found myself waiting much longer than I anticipated. On the positive side, the charger operates silently with no noticeable fan or electrical noise, which is nice, and it appears to function reliably without overheating or disconnecting. If it truly charged two batteries simultaneously at a reasonable speed, this would easily be a 5-star product. As it stands, it’s a useful backup charger, but the slow charging and inability to effectively charge two batteries at once keep it at 3 out of 5 stars for me.

This mobile charger is great for those trips you take and you don't have an option to charge at a regular place. This adapter and charger has two connectors to charge two batteries. This adapter does not make any noises and is quiet to use. The functionality of this item works as advertised. There is no AC converter included so keep that in mind when placing your order. This also has some necessary certifications acquired listed on the power brick - FCC and CE, though I didn't see the "UL Listed" for Underwriters Laboratory badge. Overall, this was a great item to get for my adventures to come.

I picked this up to charge my DJI Air 2S batteries while traveling, and it’s been exactly what I needed. It plugs into the 12V outlet in my truck, making it easy to keep batteries topped off between flights without having to find a wall outlet. It charges reliably and performs just like the original charger. You can even add the 3x charging base extender that came with the drone. The build quality is better than I expected. The cables feel durable, the connections fit securely, and it doesn’t get excessively warm while charging. If you spend a lot of time on the road or fly from remote locations, this is a great accessory to keep in your vehicle. When I’m out flying my Mavic Air 2S, being able to recharge batteries from the truck is absolutely essential. This TAIFU car charger plugs securely into the 12V cigarette lighter and provides a steady, reliable charge. The build quality feels solid; the casing doesn't get alarmingly hot even when charging a fully depleted battery during a long drive. The charging time seems very comparable to the standard wall adapter. It’s incredibly convenient to rotate batteries through this charger while flying another, maximizing my time in the air. A must-have accessory.
