I ordered the large according to the 'recommended' size and measurements, but that was a bit big on me. so, I returned for a medium. I prefer a closer fit and medium is perfect for me. I am 5'9", 185 pounds, medium build. I really like the material. Light weight, great color selection, and the colors are vibrant without being loud. Washing is really where these shine. Out of the package, there is a bit of a stiffness - if these can have that - but after the first wash, they are very comfortable. I walk my dogs at night frequently, so the reflective pip on the sleeve is an added bonus. Clean fit and stylish for casual or relaxed wear. I have two colors and will add two more to the wardrobe.
