I got this to hold my dress collection in storage. I’ll admit! It’s pretty heavy. I managed to fill the entire rack with below the knee length dresses and I’m a tall lass!!! My husband helped me put it together (thank goodness) and we still had to rearrange some parts because THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME at the end steps and we dumped them out of the bags before we could read the letters, so don’t do that. We finished it but with a sense of uncertainty that it was correct to begin with. We propped it up and both sides were even the second time so we could actually connect them at the top 😆 But it was still disappointing when it started to topple over nonetheless. Moreso I was remembering all the other times I tried ordering something brand new that was a good price and risking the quality being subpar 😅 I usually buy secondhand but this time I was pressed for time so I guess you could say I was in a weak spot. But it’s also not the rack’s fault, it just simply cannot defy the laws of physics, and so my husband had the genius idea to just take down one of the side rails so the rack hung lower to the ground.💡It still wanted to topple over but we saved it, and it’s stayed solid ever since 😆 If I were to use this on a daily basis it might be questionable but this could probably be fixed by having a heavy object of some sort on the bottom rack to level it out. Maybe. Haha. I actually bought this particular design to use with another piece of furniture I have which will fit inside and over the side and bottom frames respectively. This would likely hold it in place. Otherwise I’ll just add this purchase to the list of petty regrets I have 😆

So upon opening this product I noticed there weren’t any clear instructions, it gave letters to parts without clearly saying which part correlated to each letter. Eventually I was able to figure out how it all fit, as each piece fits together. I.e. each pole has a thinner end that is meant to fit inside the pole before and then a screw hole that lines up on each piece. My biggest complaint about this product, is that one piece was oriented incorrectly, and I couldn’t just flip it around or put it in another spot because its The curved top piece, and just one of them. It was send where two indented parts matched up and vice versa on the other end. I will admit I didn’t reach out to fix the situation or send it back for a replacement, so please take that into account, I just absolutely hate speaking on the phone, and wasn’t sure if I could make it fit in the package after taking it apart, and I’m out of a car so taking it to return it would be a hassle and a half. So please take each excuse for not rectifying my situation as a grain of salt. End of story instructions aren’t the clearest and some what frustrating, and one of the pieces I received was incorrect. I’m still using it currently.. I just duct taped the incorrect piece to make it work 😭😭

IF you te looking g for a simple and quick organizer, get this I ordered it for a quest room. Arrived quickly with the instructions. Very easy to put together. That was important to me because I had a short window! Looks great too and the space at the bottom is goof. Guest can put their shoes. I also put a call basket there just like in the picture! Looks o nice.
