Some of these bras run big and some run true to size, in my experience. I tried the Carbon dust (dark nude) color 3 times before one fit. I had to go DOWN 2 cup sizes, which is rare for me, being large chested. The band was fine. Once I found a size that fit, I ordered one in black. Unfortunately it was a slight different style (the nude one has A266 on the tag, while the black one has A297 on the tag and next to the color in the product description) and was less stretchy and too small in the cups. That one is going back, and I'm ordering a different one, hopefully in the A266 style, because I prefer the extra stretch for comfort. I'm assuming the ones that are not labeled as A297 are A266... Also, I will not use these as sports bras because they still allow bounce, but the high coverage does keep everything contained. I'm just using them as everyday bras, and they seem fine for that purpose. For reference, I am a 36G/H in most brands, and 36E in the A266 fits me. I'd probably need a 36G in the A297. Other colors may be sized different for all I know, but hopefully someone can still benefit from this info.

Although the styling of the Syrokan looks like it should be the exact same bra as the Glamorise Women's Full Figure No Bounce Plus Size Camisole Wirefree Back Close Sports Bra #1066, but definitely is not. Don't get me wrong, this is a great lounge/sleep bra for larger-breasted women, but does not give nearly the same amount of support as the Glamorise bra and really wouldn't have done the job as a sports bra for me. The Syrokan is made out of a thinner, stretchier material. My ample bosoms drooped considerably, even in a properly-sized brassiere. Fine for around the house, but I wouldn't wear it where anyone but I could see it, let alone wear it to work out in. I did a mini jumping jack and, just as I suspected, the "flop" was pronounced and the "uni-boob" was immediate. I shudder to think of the bounce I'd get if I really was working out. Better than a one-piece spandex vest bra from your local big-box store, but not up to the task of reigning in my bouncing bosom. After some deliberation, I returned it for refund.

I wear a bra size of 38D/40C depending on the style. I first purchased the 40D style of this bra. Although the band fit, the cup size was a little too large so I sized down and purchased the 40C. Ironically, I have worked out in both of the bras and the second bra, which is actually the smaller size bra, turned out to be bigger in the cups than the 40D bra. Even if the bra fit, there is no way that I could use it for a high impact workout, but it is appropriate for a medium to low impact workout. I need underwire and other factors to compress my breasts for high impact activity. I have chronic shoulder problems and can't pull on or off the common type of workout bra. I have tried several zip front bras but the majority of time I need assistance in zipping up the bra. I hooked this bra in front of my chest and slide the bra into place. One of the strange things about this bra is that the shoulder straps are padded in a strange place, in my opinion. The padded area begins at the attachment of the straps to the cup area and ends before the straps hit the shoulder area. If you can find and receive an appropriate fitting bra, I believe that this bra will work for some people. Finding the right size may require a bit of trial and error.

Do NOT buy this bra for exercise, especially if you have a large cup size (For reference, I ordered a 42G. I'm trying to slim down, but my cup size is also naturally large.). I didn't even last an hour in this bra before my back and shoulders were on fire. I'd rather exercise in an underwired bra than this.
