Easy to get on and off. I had surgery on my head. My head gets cold easily. Had to sleep with something on my head. They were perfect except it made my scar itch.

Great quality and fit great works great to hold your hair bad when have to see about patients all day in Nursing home not to mention the buttons on side for face mask definitely helps with ears after 8-16 hour shifts!! Their plain but you can get small iron on designs or embroidery on them as well!!
