Poorly made junk. At first I loved the bag. I got it in green (I like green, and yay not another black bag impossible to differentiate from everyone else's.) I have had it less than 1 year and done about 10 trips with it. It has never gone through baggage check, always with me and as a carry-on. Never any accidental drops or mistreatment. About 9 months in I noticed the wheels start not turning quickly in the direction of travel which is annoying but not really troublesome. Then about 11 months in I was walking through the airport and the handle became loose. About 15 minutes later one of the bars to the handle separated from the handle and dropped into the suitcase. So, now I've got a bag with a handle that will likely fail in very short order. Poor quality materials or poor workmanship? I'm not sure, but no worries, I've had it less than a year, I'll get a hold of warranty support ... OMG, warranty support is basically every way possible to not support their product - I filled out the form and provided all the photos they requested. They responded that clearly it was mis-treatment or accidental damage. WTF? yeah, I told them that in email replay and opened a new case. I've had two emails now asking for pictures (um I sent those) and additional pictures, including guess what - photos of the tags in the bag, which I sent and they replied I needed to get a better photo so they can read the sku and po. These tags are black printed on dark gray in a tiny font!! They really know how to avoid having to support a crappy product. I removed the labels (they'll probably bitch about that but I don't know yet) so I get a decent photo and even scanned them on my scanner and used a magnifying glass to read the codes (still difficult to do) and put them in the email. At this point even if they actually support the claim, I won't have faith in the bags, and their customer non-support has made it clear I'll never buy Swissgear again. I suggest you move along to something else. ... show more

The bags worked well for a European trip. The big bag barely meets the size requirements for international flights that we took. Both bags are large, and it is easy to organize when using the packing squares. I'm a little concerned with the quality of the zippers as baggage handlers managed to break one of the zippers on the first flight. It has sufficient pockets to hold shoes, etc that you may not want in with clothing. I give it 4 stars because of the broken zipper. ... show more
