I prefer a snug fit so I ordered two sizes. The best was a half size smaller than what I normally wear. Lightweight and easy to put on. The velcro band allows for a good fit with no slippage in the water. None of the seams or edges rubbed on my feet. I have washed these in the laundry after every class. They still look brand new and dry quickly. The yellow insert adds a bit of padding. The holes on the bottom of the shoe allow for good drainage once you are out of the pool. After purchasing a pair of water shoes at a local store which were quite uncomfortable, I searched Amazon & found a pair that looked lightweight & quick to dry. They did not disappoint . These water shoes are cute and the material is soft. The sole is non-slip which is important. No arch support, but not really necessary for water shoes. I would not use these to hike in. The size is an issue though. My feet are 10.2 inches, and the size chart said size 9.5 for 10.4 inches so that is what I ordered. Well they are too small, so I am going to try size 10.5 (there is no size 10?) and hope those work. ... show more

Easy to slip on, I purchased these rubber shoes because last winter I slipped on my neighbor’s treacherously icy, unshoveled driveway , suffering a serious concussion.. These well-designed shoes grip your feet. They will protect me from falling. I also envision wearing them to the pool and beach. I like the cute array of colors I can choose from. I ordered a half-size up, but they were still too small. I am exchanging them for a size 8 (I normally wear a size 7). The shoes have little vents which will dry your feet after a swim in the ocean or pool. They will protect your feet while walking over the ouch-hot summer sand. They are cute, comfortable, and I plan on wearing the correct size shoe with my Speedo robe this summer. There is no arch. No. I wouldn’t wear them for hiking. 🥾 Sporty looking, soooo easy to slip on. I think they would also be perfect for the elderly who may be at risk for falling. I was really excited for these and really wanted them to last, but I was only able to get a few uses out of them. They’re super cute and comfy and I thought they worked well for my needs. I used them on my paddleboard at the beach and even brought them on vacation for more intensive activities like hiking and canyoneering. The grip on the shoes is okay and they’re definitely not made for hiking but they worked fine for me. The major issues I have that led to me no longer using them include: - The inside soles keep coming out of the shoe and shifting, leading to pinching and discomfort wearing them. - I can’t get the sand out of them! I’m talking a huge volume of sand that I’m not even sure where it came from. I spent days trying to get the sand out once they were dry including: shaking them, hitting them against each other, using a vacuum, and more. But the sand kept coming. Even weeks and months later, I can’t pick them up without more sand coming out. They also weren’t secure enough on my feet and were pulled off my feet by the suction of the sand and water a few times. This could be a sizing issue though so maybe size down if you do order these. I think these could still be a good fit if you don’t use them for any intensive activities and don’t mind the endless sand coming from them. ... show more

Great shoe for wide feet and the sturdy sole stands up to walking on asphalt and provides great traction in the pool. But size up. My women’s 9.5 (which I usually buy to accommodate wide feet) fit more like an 8.5. But again, because of the wide toe box the fit was perfect.
