I've had many "high-end" sock brands and so far SwiftWick, Bombas, and Tommy Johns have been great. This particular one is fantastic, feels pretty nice, doesn't;t sweat, and I can wear it for about 3-4 times at Sumer before I need to wash them (the perks of buying good socks). It is however, a tiny bit more compression for my taste, even though I have the large size. But I guess that is useful for jogging, running, etc where your foot needs that extra compression.

At age 65, I've worn a lot of different socks for exercising and playing golf. Switftwick is the only sock I buy now. I absolutely love them and won't buy another brand. The fit well and most importantly they stay in place, don't bunch up anywhere, and I've never had a blister or issue with chaffing no matter how far I walk. I'm doing the Camino de Santiago in Spain in a couple months (over 400 miles of walking) and I bought 3 new pairs of Swiftwick socks for that walk. I also bought 3 sets for my wife. She'd never worn Swiftwick before, but now she loves them too.

Comfortable wool running sock for a serious runner. Good cushioning. Bought this brand because Runner's World recommended. The XL was a good fit for a men's size 14.

Swiftwick-MAXUS No Show socks offer excellent comfort and solid cushioning, making them a great choice for golf and running. Their low ankle profile is unobtrusive and pairs well with most athletic shoes. Right out of the box, the fit is snug and supportive, with soft fabric and reliable anti-blister protection. However, after about 4–6 months of heavy use, I’ve found the elasticity declines, causing the socks to slide into the shoe more often—something I’ve noticed with this brand compared to others. While not a deal breaker, it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re tough on your socks. Overall, the MAXUS is a top performer for comfort and cushion, but long-term durability could be improved.
