This map met my expectations. Only issue was trying to flatten it out to post on my wall. Yes, it doesn’t include every single city or island nation. But who cares! This is a GEOGRAPHICAL map, not a political map. If this map had zoomed out to include the two missing island states, then you’d have a much smaller view of the African land mass. One of the comments I found most comical was someone complaining about the inaccuracy of a tiny European country. Europe is not the focus of the map! Europe is just there, sitting in the way in order to showcase Africa. I swear that some people are just trolling. And so what if the map didn’t include the latest country name change by the dictator of Swaziland. I’m satisfied with the map. It’s simple and basic.

Overall this map seems fairly helpful and of good quality. I was disappointed to see Mts. Kilimanjaro and Kenya are not marked, but the map does label large lakes and some rivers. I was interested to see that Equatorial Guinea's capital, Malabo, is on an island, but that led me to notice that the largest city in Equatorial Guinea, the port city of Bata, a fast-growing city that is now over 400,000 people, was completely missing from the map! The map does show a road leading to the shore in Equatorial Guinea, but the city it leads to is not there. Many other smaller towns are marked on this map, but the omission of Bata makes me feel less than confident in the map's accuracy. Maybe SwiftMaps will fix this; I hope so.

Was delivered in a tube, tacked into the wall, and the curvature tore away at the hole where the tacked were placed so now it's still lumpy on the wall and it's torn a bit. Other than that, this this is great!

I have this on my refrigerator (which is black so the map looks really pretty on it). It's a nice weight and gloss and i wanted a map of Africa because i read an article on an African nation and i didn't know where exactly it was. So i like learning about the continent in this general way.
