Love my swiffer and this cleaning liquid works well. Just remember that a small amount leaks from bottle after use in machine, so put a paper towel under it before storing. Leak is not enough for concern.

Great scent and I can use this on all of my floors. The wood, the ceramic and the laminate all react very well to this product in my swifter. Cleans nicely and I have a lot of non carpeted surface. For some strange reason, Swiffer refuses to add a label to these bottles to cover the one that comes with it. I ruined my first Swiffer mop trying to get the bottle out after having it leak all over and I took a fall on the kitchen floor besides. Someone has placed the arrow indicating its placement next to the pole on the side of the bottle instead of the back. Since I do tend to follow directions, when I got my second new mop I again followed the instruction to insert the bottle with the arrow against the pole, and again got into a mess. Finally, I studied the bottle and saw that the back does not have the arrow and so I was putting the bottle in the mop wrong. When I called Swiffer to tell them the bottle needs a second label to cover the wrongly-placed arrow, the attitude was very laid back. This is a warning to insert the bottle with the back of the bottle against the pole, and all will work perfectly. If Swiffer gets interested in this problem, it may get fixed. Until then, find the back of the bottle and insert against the pole. ... show more
