I am a workout apparel/ legging addict and own genuine Gymshark leggings and tops. I own these specific leggings in the green color from Gymshark. I will say these are quite as thick as the gymshark leggings but in my opinion those specific gymshark leggings are TOO thick. These are definitely squat proof and very flattering. I am not sure I would trust the top for high intensity workouts because it doesn't provide maximum support but its super flattering. I am a bodybuilder so the top works perfect for me. If you are in between sizes size up rather than down. I am between a medium and a large because I have thick thighs and large breast but can normally pull off a medium. I can wear the medium in this set but the large is more comfortable. I have this set in 4 colors!! It is suchhh a good deal for a top AND bottom of this quality! I ordered this exact set from another company here on Amazon and was disappointed when the the stitching on the thighs was too tight...which is why I was ecstatic over finding the same leggings through SweatyShark. I am 5'6 146 lbs. Small chest. Atheltic build, with some pretty dominant qauds. If you have bigger tatas you may want to try and size up. Both sets I've purchased so far are very comfortable, good stretch and extremely flattering...the green set was amazing on first wear...unfortunately the pink set split like a pair of tights right up the bum doing a very minimum workout, so I will be returning them. I still really like the green set and have the light blue coming and intend to reorder the pink tho. ... show more

This is a nice set. It is a quality material. It has just the right balance of stretch & compression. Honestly, it's one of the nicest athletic sets I've tried on. I am pretty out of shape right now. Due to medical issues I haven't really been able to focus on fitness for over 6 months, & this even almost looked really cute on me. I need to do a little work before I'd feel truly comfortable in it, but all in all this set is pretty flattering. I wish I would have found it when I was really in shape! The leggings look great but the waistband and material is quite thin compared to gymshark’s so they are constantly rolling down when I workout. These are still flattering and an okay dupe I just don’t like my tummy flying out every time I bend over. I will probably still wear these to the gym just with a shirt over the sports bra. The bra is a nice thick material and super flattering. Both pieces are true to size but the leggings are very stretchy so you can probably get away with a size down if you’re in between. ... show more

I am so happy with my Sweaty Shark outfit. The outfit is beautiful, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The fabric is nice and thick, and has a good amount of compression. It’s soft and comfortable, and fits like a glove. I would definitely buy another outfit from them because you get great quality at an affordable price. The color and design looked even prettier when I got them. On sizing I would recommend going with your top body size because the top is form fitting with a lot of support.
