I ordered few items already from Swarovski and what's interesting part is its says when is over $500 it's got to be sign up on a delivery, which is a great idea. But when I got them, envelope, not even box, was thrown next to my door, like it was regular letter. I like the item and care us for Tiffany, but for the full price it's got to be handles more précised. I loved the box color, which is maybe old school and unusual. I did receive the wrong color at first, but was able to easily return it and then received the correct item. Not the elegant blue box I was expecting. Just a cheap green box with the bracelet in vacuum packed plastic inside. More suitable for a $20 piece. We also could not work out how the secure the clasp. I searched the web and YouTube for help without success. In the end we removed the part of the clasp with the stone at the end (it just clips off), and that left us with the traditional tennis bracelet clasp.
