Glass is astonishingly clear. Doesn't come with a mount but pairs very well with the swampfox independence mount. Reticle is usable without illumination in daylight.

I am partial to Vortex Optics, but took a chance on the Swampfox due to the intuitive lighted reticle and boy am I glad I did. After my brother shot with it, he purchased one for his over/under rifle/shotgun. If only it had the same unconditional warranty as Vortex - time will tell how the Swampfox holds up. ... show more

I've had this scope long enough for a 1000 rounds through it. Has kept zero with an Aero mount, and can line up a target better than I can. My buddy hit 3 shots through the same hole at 100 yards with it, and I...can't. I admit, I don't abuse it, other than it getting thrown around in a soft bag.
