Easy to install, you will need some glue, I have used Elmer's glue for wood but you can use construction glue and etc. Cut the opening in the drywall to fit this door, run bead of glue around the opening, install this frame with the door, then use some tape to tape it to the wall until glue doesn't cure.

I purchased this to add access through a ceiling, where my outside water faucet shut-off valve is. The original hole was huge, with a large cover. I had to replace a section of drywall, but since I was doing other drywall repair, it wasn't a bother. It seems quite sturdy and is just large enough for me to fit my hand through to access the valve. Looks much better than the one that was previously there and more than twice the size. It should paint up just fine when I get around to it.

I think others have mentioned the door and it is difficult to open. You need a screwdriver or something to pry open the tabs on the door. OK I can get around that one, but when you try and open the door, you almost feel like you are going to break the damn thing. It does open and it works but it is more difficult than it should be. When I installed mine I put silicone caulking around where the plastic housing will meet the drywall to help seal it and help control the draft since this was installed on an interior outside wall. It does the job it was intended for, which was to give me access to my water pipes if they freeze in the laundry room. And it looks nice once installed.
