~ I will update this review later after getting the correct size and using them for a few weeks~ The skates themselves are lovely and I can tell that they're very high quality, however, I did order the wrong size so I'm returning the first pair for ones that will fit better. I typically wear size 10/10.5 in women's shoes, and I ordered the size 9 boot - when I tried them on and got them laced up there was enough room for my foot to slip forward a little. Super Looking forward to getting my pair in the correct size though! -update- I received the right size about a week ago and I've been skating on them since, they're fantastic. The boot was a little stiff at first but after about 3-4 hours of skating in them they softened up enough to become quite comfy and they still offer nice support. I was actually pretty surprised at how well the wheels that came with these skates did out on my sidewalks considering their smaller size, I didn't have to do much stepping over cracks or debris and the ride was pretty smooth (I still replaced them with bigger wheels after a few days because there's a few places I go with my dog that are super torn up and it just makes life easier, most people will probably be fine on the wheels they came with though). The one thing I would say that's not super great is the toestop, they tend to leave skid marks and I tore them up pretty good on the pavement over the first few days, nbd though they'd still be usable and I was planning on replacing them with a cuter pair of flower shaped ones anyway. These are definitely some great skates and if you're thinking about buying them I would for sure go for it. But I would recommend buying some different toestops with them, there are a lot of cute options from online sellers. ... show more

As far as sizing I am a woman’s 8 street shoe 9.5” in socks. I have sure grips that are 6 and were slightly big. So these being suede (which is going to stretch a LOT) I figured I’d take a chance on a 5. Omg so glad I did! The fit is PERFECT. Unfortunately I had to swap these out for a manufacturer defect in the boot. The seller is super helpful. I’ll have my new ones tomorrow and I’ll update this I’d something changes but I highly recommend these skates. The plate is indestructible. The boot is an amazing fit. The wheels are great besides the issue with the graphics coming off. Very satisfied!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I thought the sizing would be an issue but I just needed to size down. My shoes are usually 7.5-8.0 and these skates in size 6.0 fit perfectly. I realize now that a snug initial fit is best because the leather stretches a little. These fit better than my Moxi Lolly size 7’s which have now stretched out and are a bit too big. I swapped out the wheels for these Sure Grip Gravity wheels (78A, 65x35mm). After I had these for a while I swapped out the Rock nylon plate for the aluminum Avanti plate. The Rock nylon is good but I wanted it bolted on. So I figured I may as well upgrade to the Avanti. Great skate! I’ve had many miles of fun trail skating!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Color is awesome! Texture is awesome! So fun!! Very smart, practical and supper fun! These wheels are wonderful for outdoors! ( separate from advanced trick staking you need different wheels, bones, and stopper) Stopper is better than most! You got to loosen trucks they are beginner and brand new tight! Eventually to glide and dance at decent velocity and agility loosen by 1/4 turns until satisfied! Great boot not perfect in comparison to sure grips older versions like my old skates. (The 90's retro fitted so arches are not made like they used to be made...so now...I am looking for a good insole and this is common with most skates made today :( not just sure grips) ... show more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They came missing a hole. The tongue in both skates were crooked. The size chart is wrong. I also have to pay to send them pack. There is a skate shortage and they are rushing to make skates and the quality control isn't there. It's not the fault of the distributor (eastern skate supply) but sure-grip themselves. 0/0 stars. I don't have skates after waiting for these to come only to be extremely disappointed. ... show more

Third time is a charm, I guess… the first pair was way too big, I went by another pair of roller skates I have, had to return…the second pair I went by their sizing chart, should have been perfect, I measured my foot and everything.. nope, way too tight! This pair is the in between and while they feel snug and tight, I’m trusting that, from the reviews they will stretch… I’m a woman’s 9.5 or 10 in woman’s shoes and I purchased the woman’s 9 and that seems to be the right size, assuming they’ll stretch a bit… their sizing chart was not accurate for me at least. So I hope this helps… also for the price you’d think you’d get a skate key but nope..even cheaper brands give you a simple skate key! ... show more
