~ I will update this review later after getting the correct size and using them for a few weeks~ The skates themselves are lovely and I can tell that they're very high quality, however, I did order the wrong size so I'm returning the first pair for ones that will fit better. I typically wear size 10/10.5 in women's shoes, and I ordered the size 9 boot - when I tried them on and got them laced up there was enough room for my foot to slip forward a little. Super Looking forward to getting my pair in the correct size though! -update- I received the right size about a week ago and I've been skating on them since, they're fantastic. The boot was a little stiff at first but after about 3-4 hours of skating in them they softened up enough to become quite comfy and they still offer nice support. I was actually pretty surprised at how well the wheels that came with these skates did out on my sidewalks considering their smaller size, I didn't have to do much stepping over cracks or debris and the ride was pretty smooth (I still replaced them with bigger wheels after a few days because there's a few places I go with my dog that are super torn up and it just makes life easier, most people will probably be fine on the wheels they came with though). The one thing I would say that's not super great is the toestop, they tend to leave skid marks and I tore them up pretty good on the pavement over the first few days, nbd though they'd still be usable and I was planning on replacing them with a cuter pair of flower shaped ones anyway. These are definitely some great skates and if you're thinking about buying them I would for sure go for it. But I would recommend buying some different toestops with them, there are a lot of cute options from online sellers.

As far as sizing I am a woman’s 8 street shoe 9.5” in socks. I have sure grips that are 6 and were slightly big. So these being suede (which is going to stretch a LOT) I figured I’d take a chance on a 5. Omg so glad I did! The fit is PERFECT. Unfortunately I had to swap these out for a manufacturer defect in the boot. The seller is super helpful. I’ll have my new ones tomorrow and I’ll update this I’d something changes but I highly recommend these skates. The plate is indestructible. The boot is an amazing fit. The wheels are great besides the issue with the graphics coming off. Very satisfied!!!

These skates are perfect but PLEASE DONT SIZE DOWN. If you're a woman who wears a size 9 shoe, order a size 8 skate - that is not sizing down. Check the sizing guide. I'm a size 9 shoe and ordered a size 7 - it was way too small. I then got a size 8 and it's perfect. Awesome skate so far, highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They came missing a hole. The tongue in both skates were crooked. The size chart is wrong. I also have to pay to send them pack. There is a skate shortage and they are rushing to make skates and the quality control isn't there. It's not the fault of the distributor (eastern skate supply) but sure-grip themselves. 0/0 stars. I don't have skates after waiting for these to come only to be extremely disappointed.

First of all, I decided to follow the advice of previous reviewers, and used the manufacturer's sizing chart with actual foot measurements, rather than going by my usual size converted to men's sizing. I normally wear a 6.5 Wide in women's shoes. While wearing thick socks, I drew an outline of both of my feet onto white paper, then measured the longest and widest areas of my feet in centimeters. Then I went to the chart and saw that I would have a fraction of an inch to spare if I went with SZ6 Men's. The boot of each skate fits nicely-- not too snug, but not too loose. They're PERFECT. I ordered a size 6 Men's (listed as 6 Men's / 7 Women's). The skates themselves are a gorgeous Lime Green that reminds me a lot of the Volkswagen Turbonium Beetle green. That hazy frosted lime color is outstanding! The suede material used for the boots is fantastic. The materials seem very high-quality, though next time I would upgrade to the metal skate plates and trucks and upgrade the wheels. **EDITED to update: after rolling around a bit with the default wheels, I don't really think any upgrade on the wheels is needed, and the current base is fine. But the metal trucks are a little flashier, so eventually, I'll upgrade them. However, the skates are good to go, right out of the box. I purchased a pair of Sure-Grip Toe Jammers (toe caps) to protect the gorgeous leather on the front edge of the skates, and those fit really well and don't stand out the way the suede toe caps do.

These are extremely lightweight compared to Moxi Beach Bunny. I have been having such a hard time finding my correct size in skates. I have a wide foot, so I typically wear larger shoes which is a bad idea. In the size 9 (women's 10) beach bunnies I can definitely feel my foot sliding even with insoles. I only tried in the left sure grip boot, and didn't even roll around to try it out because they fit way too big and I knew I'd have to exchange them. I added photos to compare a size 9 (womens10) Moxi Beach Bunny, next to the sure grip size 8 (women's 9) sure grip. I can't give a detailed review of the performance yet, but I ordered a smaller size, and I'm so excited to start using them.

Third time is a charm, I guess… the first pair was way too big, I went by another pair of roller skates I have, had to return…the second pair I went by their sizing chart, should have been perfect, I measured my foot and everything.. nope, way too tight! This pair is the in between and while they feel snug and tight, I’m trusting that, from the reviews they will stretch… I’m a woman’s 9.5 or 10 in woman’s shoes and I purchased the woman’s 9 and that seems to be the right size, assuming they’ll stretch a bit… their sizing chart was not accurate for me at least. So I hope this helps… also for the price you’d think you’d get a skate key but nope..even cheaper brands give you a simple skate key!
