I thought I would try this for a trip to the beach instead of my usual Supergroop PLAY Lip Balm with Acai. This goes on beautifully, but I gave 4 stars because it wears off after a short time and my lips felt dry. Not something you want to feel in the sun at the beach. I will use this product for short outside times only in the future.

The flavor really isn’t as bad as I thought it’d be, but you can get a hint that it’s SPF. It goes on like a gloss, but it has the feel & look of a balm (once applied)

First, the applicator is supposed to be angled. Second, it "tastes" fine/standard - but I also don't lick my lips after applying lip gloss. Last, I have never found anything like this before! All of my other lip sunscreens are sticks that are fine at moisturizing and protecting but don't give the look of gloss. I am a huge fan!
