The product was difficult to put together because the picture directions were very poor. The pictures had parts labeled with alphabets, but there were no alphabets on the actual parts. The pictures were not clear enough and often left me unsure of what was right. There was a lot of trial and error. Really tiny screws were difficult to hold in place, and screw in at difficult angles. I had to turn the organizer in different ways to make the parts fit together. The organizer came with a flat head screwdriver which was totally useless. The head was too big for any of the screws, all of which required a Phillips head. I like the organizer, but it took way too long to put together. Written direction with a little more detail, along with the pictures, would have been more helpful ... show more

Super easy to put together and I can fit everything I need in this desk organizer. **Only Issue** - This is pretty large and bulky, if you have a large desk this is great, but it would take up way too much space on a smaller desk. I love, love, love this organizer. It has different compartments; 4 shelves, a drawer, 2 side file holders and 2 pen holders. This organizer allows me to keep everything I need for my work day right at my fingertips. It's super sturdy and of high quality material. Assembly was a little annoying as the parts themselves are not labeled. The parts are labeled on a sheet of paper along with the assembly instructions and you have to keep flipping back and forth to figure out which parts belong to where. The pieces themselves are not exactly aligned. Some parts are slightly bent out of alignment and had to be tightly screwed to fit to the point of bending the metal frame. So I’ve had this product for a few months now and the amount of compliments i get for this is insane They love how organized my work station is and how it is easy to find paper work when i explain to them where to find it. This product is so easy to assemble as well. I did it all at work within 10 mins. That with a water break. I’d definitely recommend this product if you have limited space on you desk and need that extra room to place your paper work This is definitely one office product to add to your cart.
