I rarely do reviews but I read them for anything I buy. I received these last night. I purchased for an upcoming whitewater rafting trip so as of right now, I have not worn them for the intended purpose.this review is on the comfort and fit. Pulling them out of the package I notices they are lightweight with a flexible fairly thick sole. I had read some say they are difficult to get on and I don't disagree buy it wasn't a huge struggle I wiggled my foot in while stretching the opening from the side Backbone the heal area with one finger. It offers a suction like feel around the top of the foot ensuring they will stay on which was important to me. The fit was roomy but not at all sloppy. I'm a sz 7 and bought a 7. The lacing is adjustable and the excess can be tucked in to secure as you can see I did in the photos. These were already a comfortable fit but when I stood up...WOW! The sole that I felt was thick offerd so much cushion. As I took a step my foot would sink into the sile similar to a memory foam feel. Though I can't speak to grip they will have on wet rocks I definitely feel these will protect the foot on uneven or rocky surfaces. If you are looking for wa water shoes with a sneaker feel grab these!

These were probably the best water shoes I’ve had lol too bad I lost them. I will probably order them again though. They felt like real shoes the water went straight out through the bottom and they were really comfortable! Light weight, slip resistant and great support.

I really love this shoe for kayaking and getting in and out of my boat. They show size is perfect. The bottom is a unique design that has openings to allow water to drain which is a positive and a negative. It tends to gather pebbles that wedge themselves into the openings. I have to dig them out every time after using them. Even at that, I’d still recommend them.

I live on the Outer Banks and walk on the beach a lot. The last few years have had some tendon injuries in my feet which make walking sometimes painful, especially on uneven or hard surfaces. I bought these for walks on the beach and they are amazing. Absolutely comfortable. So easy to cinch the elastic tighter. I tuck the extra lace part in the bottom loop so it doesn’t flap as I walk. It provides so much stability and comfort as you walk on sand. I was afraid sand would penetrate and then get stuck rubbing against your feet, creating friction but it doesn’t. The side mesh is thin so doesn’t let in coarse sand much. The bottom has a little bit larger holes and mesh to help rinse out any water or sand that does make its way inside. I’ve also found they are perfect for the water park! I can run around with my daughter all day on the pavement and all the stairs and different pools and slides no issue. Even all day my feet don’t feel like raisins or swollen water logged feeling irritating the skin because there is such fantastic drainage and air flow. Once in a blue moon I will get very small friction marks on the inner arch where the fabric seam meets. But it’s so rare that it’s not a huge factor for me. I’ve also worn these with or without socks (obviously they get wet and affect how dry your feet feel) but could help if friction or blisters do become an issue. Overall I am beyond pleased with this purchase. I’ve put many a mile on them between the beach and park. I get lots of compliments and questions about them. I recommend them often. When the time comes for a replacement I’ll be purchasing them again.

I wear 6 1/2-7 size depending on how they run. I ordered size 7. They are so cute and light. I work with plants and water. I tried to wear them for the first time. The opening of this shoe is NOT stretchy. I had a really hard time getting them on as the opening won’t stretch. Not even the shoe horn worked. Took me some time to get them on my feet. Once on they are comfortable. I wore to work for two days. I sprayed them with the hose to get dirt off. Very nice and convenient. Second time I wore them one rubbed on my toe so bad that I bled. I really love these shoes. They are supposed to be in the water so I’m not sure what happened. The shoe fits good once on, like I mentioned before. My tie still healing. I’m afraid to wear them again and bleed again.

I recently traveled to Mexico with my bfs family. The itinerary included lots of hiking around waterfalls and natural water sources. This was all new to me and I wanted to be as prepared as possible knowing that these water adventures may not be your typical leisurely experience. Boy was I so glad I was wearing these bad boys! First things first. SO comfortable. I did want you should NOT do with new shoes and wore them for the 1st time while on this hike and had zero problems. When it came time to get into the water I kept them on and it was soooo nice to not have to touch whatever was on the bottom of the water source. I was the envy of my crew that was trying to climb on rocks and algae barefoot to get in and out of the water and I was able to keep my shoes on and move freely. These shoes transition from wet to dry flawlessly. I think I expected them to be soggy for a bit after but nope, they dried in no time and you barely notice. Overall, I was soooo impressed by these shoes! Some things to note if you are considering buying these: 1.) I did not wear socks with these. I wasn’t sure if you were supposed to or not but I chose not to knowing the socks may not dry like the shoe. I was glad I didn’t wear them but I can see wearing these a lot how they would start to smell but I just think no socks is the design of the shoe. 2.) The bottom of the shoe is very holy, I imagine for the best air flow for drying. Due to this I got a lot of rocks stuck within the bottom sole. It did not bug me at all wearing them. I only noticed after I took them off. I think tried to remove all the debris with some success. Again didn’t bother me with wear but something to keep in mind. 3.) I did step in a puddle on the street just walking and the water 100% gets into your shoe. It dried instantly but did surprise me at first.
