Reduce space needed. Now we can reduce what we put into a large suitcase into a medium. The weight is about the same but it is easier to manage in cabs, busses, cars, trains or along sidewalks. We additionally purchased a USB-C vacuum pump to take in the suitcase. If you can recharge your tele or tablet you can recharge the vacuum anywhere in the World. Smaller bags are handy for sorting and finding items. Placing folded items in bags and into the space in a suitcase and then vacuuming the bag helps them fit. Price wise it saves for itself if you can use less suitcases. They also work for keeping clothes dry, and for storing items at home.

These were two very fluffy blankets that would have normally taken up a lot of space that I don’t have. I reduced them to less than half the size. They are very strong bags and I have taken them plus the plump - which is very small - on trips and have been able to reduce my baggage size on airlines.

These bags were accurate to the size, sturdy, and did not smell. I ordered an 8 pack, used 6 of them and one of those 6 was broken somehow because it just lost air and became deflated. However the rest of them kept their seal and worked well.

Awesome compression system for travel! I've used other similar products which require use of a vacuum cleaner hose to extract the air out of the plastic bags. This product has a small device which does the same thing and is so much easier to handle. And it can be packed in your suitcase for travel. So easy and portable! I love it!!! I just recently bought this product, so I can't comment on how long the plastic bags hold up before they start losing their compression properties. (This inevitably happens no matter which system one uses, in my experience). But for now, I highly recommend this for any traveler who needs to free up packing space.

Ordered the Jumbo and was happy with the size. I had to use a vacuum tube to fully deflate, the hand pump just didn’t work. Was still happy with the result BUT all of the bags lost the vacuum seal within a month. Was a bit disappointed as I used them as a storage space saving option. They work for a bit so I just keep vacuuming the air out, but disappointed it doesn’t last.

These vacuum seal bags are great! I got the jumbo size, and I can easily fit two king comforters or multiple blankets and sheet sets in each bag. They're a good quality for the value. The pump included is handy instead of trying to attach our janky vacuum to the access port. The bag of items (probably due to how much was in there) was a bit heavier than I expected after pulling air out. There is a double snap for the seal which seems very secure. I will warn that they are a bit thin if anything sharp is nearby (for example, a kitten's sharp little claws) so just be aware what is near the bag. But overall, highly recommend and love!

UPDATE 8/7/24: One, possibly two of the bags has VERY slowly lost vacuum and I can't find a leak. I've re-deflated them and will update again in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Have Ordered on 7/26, delivered 7/27, and used on 7/28. The PROS: It is now 8/2 and all of the bags have stayed deflated (5 stars). These are the perfect size for storing the variety of pillows I own, with plenty of room to spare (5 stars). I even put two old Tempur-pedic-type ergonomic pillows into one bag, but didn't deflate it all of the way since I didn't want to crush them too far. Decided today to increase the deflation a little on that bag, along with another bag I hadn't fully deflated. The CONS: I found that I had to use my old canister vacuum cleaner (which I was going to donate) to deflate these. My old and newer Dyson vacuums' openings were too large to fully enclose the bags' valves to deflate them (3 stars). These vacs usually work on the travel version bags I own, but not on these. The hand pump works OK (BUT it's a LOT of work to use), and since these are such large bags, hand-pumping doesn't get them fully deflated, so the outcome is not as flat as it could be (3 stars). TIP: when filling the bag with item/s, move the item/s so that they're/it's positioned under the valve a little (supporting the valve). That way you can lift the valve up a bit and hold onto it when you are deflating so that air will flow underneath it and out; otherwise, the other side of the bag will be sucked up to block the air space and the valve and deflation will be blocked. I will update this review after a period of time regarding how well the bags hold up.
