I needed something to protect my kid's feet for a 2 day trip to a water park. Hot pavement in the Texas heat, to be exact. These shoes are super cute. The sizing of 2.5 - 4 was perfect for my 9 year old daughter, who wears a size 3 in youth. There is room to grow but the elasticity in the ankle section keeps them from being loose. The bottoms are well constructed and the shoes were easy to get on and off. Once we got home, I washed them in a protective laundry bag. There are removable padded soles that come out for the wash. There are some areas where the material shows wear, but that is to be expected for the way these were used. They are by no means, falling apart. Great value for the cost and we will continue to use them at the local pool. I would recommend giving them a try!

My child hates most shoes that feel remotely weird. Moved shoes I buy her she hates, most shoes she picks out at the store herself she also hates. I usually have to buy her the same exact shoe but I’m a new size. When I got these in the mail she automatically didn’t want to touch them, but when she put them on she fell immediately in love, she didn’t have to walk around in them and decide. It was like she just new instantly that these were her new favorite. I think because they fit like a sock but with a bottom sole on them. These are not always used as water shoes for her, however, they are not meant for winter. I’ll be buying again when she outgrows these. They have somehow not fallen apart yet despite her wearing them constantly for daily activities with socks on or for swimming in them. The bottom sole comes out, so I think you can wash these easily in a washer. Keep in mind they can fall off during actual heavy swimming motion of the feet.

I liked everything about these shoes, quality, ease of use stable, the only negative is if you get your child’s size they may or may not make it through the season. Arizona has a long pool season and I did not get a second summer out of them. I donated them in perfect condition.
