  • Save you money and get a better known 3d printer
The processor and extruder are soo weak and underpowered that I had to replace them with upgrades basically out of the box. If you don't do either then the machine can't print faster than 35mm/s or you get blobs and under extrusion everywhere. Blobs because the processor can't keep up with the gcode and underextrusion because the extruder skips constantly. Save your money and get a half way decent machine like a cr10 or get a ender 3 or voxelab Aquila x2 and get an ender extender kit. ... show more

  • Very easy to set up works perfectly right out of the box
Very easy to use 3d printer. It took about 10 minutes to build it maybe another 15 or so minutes to get it set up and run the first test print. The built in manual bed leveling program worked really well I just fiddled with the z endstop till I got it close then adjusted the bed screws till I got the bed leveled. The first test print on the card is a 4 leaf clover cup, sorta looks like a shot glass, it printed in about 4 hours and has really nice layers. The second test print is a slightly creepy character from monster hunter, it took almost 10 hours to finish printing and it also is pretty high quality. Next I did a calibration cube and a benchy tugboat, I used cura 5.0.0 to slice it using the cr-10s profile and stock pla profile 0.2 layer height with no other changes both prints came out great no stringing or other artifacts. Over all this is a very easy printer to use I can definitely recommend it to anyone who is new to the 3d printing hobby, the sd card has a full manual as well as videos on how to setup the printer if you're new as well as the software you'll need to get started on slicing your own files. I already have 6 other printers and this one will live very happily as my 7th printer running 24/7 making whatever it is that I feel like making at the time. This one also has worthy upgrades over the non-pro version, the polycarbonate build plate gives great adhesion, the all metal extruder does a good job of pushing the filament through the hotend without causing any clicking or missing steps, and the filament runout sensor on this is probably the best implementation I've seen in all the printers I've owned so far seeing as it uses bearing to smoothly guide the filament in from the included spool holder so no rubbing away the filament as it prints like some other printers do. Overall I give it a 10/10 good printer for the price. ... show more

  • Thermal issues
printed 2 items and the nozzle would not keep heat. Kept dropping, checked all settings on printer and in slicer. It would get to temp then drop. Sometimes it would print then halfway through Temps drop. Great build volume but if you don't know anything about printers you should probably stay away.

  • Buy at u're own resk
After five weeks started having problems. Just short of two months found out the build plate was Worpped because of it's own heat? The picture shows what I think about that and Sunlu.

  • Totally worth it
Being honest I watched couple videos before buying this. They weren't that good. I ordered thinking I'm gonna upgrade it anyways. But this surprised me with its results. Everything is perfectly tuned right out of the box. Print flawlessly. And the firmware supports M600 command. So useful. Only draw back for me was Leveling Bed was little hard. I think BLTouch spoiled me on there machines. I might install a BLTouch on this one as well. They value you get to what you spend total worth it, no one can argue that. ... show more
