These Summit Ultramax AS XL tires are great!! I spent hours researching all the tires on Amazon. I looked at the reviews, total number purchased, the tire specifications, the reliability, especially the safety of the tires, and lastly the price of each tire. My priority was safety and type. I had needed all season type tires with a good tread wear rating too. I had narrowed it down to four different brands of tires available on Amazon. The Summit Ultramax all season XL (the XL stands for being able to carry a heavier load on each tire. It does not have anything to do with size. It is a strength load description only.) So, here I am now. After driving on the these tires for awhile, I'm happy to report that they are doing great! I'm glad that I trusted all the info enough to purchase the tires. I had them professionally installed and balanced. No problems with them and they have a really good grip on the roads even when it's raining. They are a great purchase from Amazon and it's a bonus that the price is great too. These tires are a wonderful fit for my car! (My old tires were Continental brand but the price of those are too high now.) I recommend for people to enter your basic vehicle info onto the Amazon website first to help ensure that you find the correct size tires for your vehicle, in the type and style that you like. Brief update: I added 2 pics of one of the tires after driving through muddy, gravel roads. These tires have such a good grip on all types of roads I've driven on and through lots of different kinds of weather. They are holding up great. I highly recommend these tires. πππππ

These tires are well made they balanced easily they're surprisingly good for the price they're surprisingly good if they were expensive but they're not. At cruising speed they're not any noisier than the michelins that were stock on my Cadillac. I would say there is good and quiet as any Tire on the market. I would buy them again and again if they hold up they would be my forever Tire.

I couldn't find a bad review on these. The price is unbeatable. I gotta throw em on my car (ford fusion hybrid) and see how it goes. They arrived naked, but undamaged. The dot was 3223. So they were made around August which is great! They are new enough tires. That was my next biggest concern ordering online was getting old tires. So far so good! I'll update after I put miles on em. *Edit 1* put them on the car at my local Firestone. They feel great. They are quiet enough. I would rate road noise as average. The grip in the rain has been fine. Average again. Not throwing the car into corners(yet) but I drove around town in the rain and never lost grip. Very happy with these tires initially. Edit 2 Been driving the heck out of my car with these tires just ONE COMPLAINT. They are quiet. They grip well. They haven't negatively effected my mpg, but it does seem that they're hard for the shop to balance. I had to take em back after initial period bc of a vibration. They didn't get the balance right. Other than that, I'm super duper happy with these damn tires. I usually just buy once cry once ang get michelin bc I trust them, but I have no regrets going with these 2023 Inflation budget specials. *Edit 3* I have put a few thousand of miles on these, I am SHOCKED how good they are. In the american southeast with torrential rain, this cold front, and all general driving these tires have performed as good as any michelin I've paid the big bucks for. I Cannot recommend these tires more!

Bought 4 of these for my wife's car and They seem like pretty good tire so far really good dry roads so far good in the rain I will see when the snow hits how they do, but so far really happy with the tires for the price couldn't be happier, they are quiet and smooth riding I have had them on for about a month now and very happy so far...That being said I have bought a 2nd set for another car....

I measured each tire and confirmed they are made with 10/32th tread. Tires grip well and no road noise for commuting in my 2014 Ford Fusion Energi (PHEV). My fuel economy dipped from 43.3 MPG to about 42.3 MGP. However, that's due to the extra grip these tires provide. I'm ok w/ that tradeoff. Time will tell how long theyβll last. PRO-TIP: Get an alignment done after you install these tires. Everyone that's complained about severe tire wear are due to alignment issues w/ their vehicle.
