I have bought several different coasters for sublimation. These have been the best by far. They are thinner than some of the other options on amazon, but some of the competitors products were poorly made all the way around. I'd rather pay a little extra for these thinner coasters that will last longer then the other options.

First, They are packaged well, shipped fast, are clean and sublimate beautifully. (Be sure to press for 10-15 seconds at recommended temp to account for any shrinkage possible of the fabric topside) 💥 That being said, these are so thin. I mean... like, SOOOooo THIN They are floppy little thin coasters that probably should only be used for hot mugs and cups. Because the sweat from your average refrigerated beverage will go right through and soak these lightweights.

As some have mentioned....these are a little thin. I have found after heat pressing they want to curl up. I stick them on a flat surface with a flat heavy object on top so they cool down and remain flat. Sublimation colors are very nice on them. Using HTVRont sublimation paper, hipoo ink and an epson 2850 printer. Heat pressing using a cricut easypress 2 with the cricut heatpress mat.

I wasted twenty of these because the instructions were not thorough. I tried different time and temperature combinations until I figured out that none of them worked. What finally worked was a temperature of 385 F for 40 seconds, with a preheat of 15 seconds. I sandwiched the coaster between two pieces of white cardstock on the press mat with the heat dispersal sheet on top. I pressed it for 15 seconds, then quickly removed the top layers and put the sublimation print on it, replaced the layers, and pressed for 40 seconds. As soon as the time was up, I removed the used print and set the coaster aside to cool. Once I figured out how to get the best transfer, the results were fairly crisp images and good color. The images are not as crisp as when using MDF cork backed coasters, but the advantage of these polyester/neoprene coasters is that condensate from cold drinks is less likely to cause the coaster to stick to the glass. The coasters do not lie completely flat like MDF coasters.

Love these. Uniform size and thickness, which you would think would be expected, but I ordered a different brand before these, and when pressed, some shrunk and some didn’t, so a set of 4 coasters had noticeably different sizes. This brand is a lot more uniform, both before and after pressing. Colors are vivid, the blank white is pretty white (that first brand looked white until I put it on white paper and it looked a little gray), and doesn’t yellow when pressed. I will buy these again.
