When they are on, they are on. I onky usrd a box cutter anf some scissors for adjustments on the wall. Really brightens up the space and gives a modern look. This is a 100% honest review. For starters, you get 20 half sheets which is basically 10 full sheets. The price is very good for 10 full sheets. I prefer them cut in half as they are easier to work with. I had backsplash in my kitchen that was dated from 1999. It was dark and dreary and I did not have the funds to tear it out and redo it. In the past I have used similar peel and stick tiles that were good but these are exceptional. Word to the wise, these bad boys are on there once you apply them. I obviously applied them over top of old ceramic tiles. I scrubbed the tiles with a scrub brush and wiped them down with rubbing alcohol to remove residue. They are on there and not coming off. I made one mistake and had to remove one and it took 15 minutes to pry it off. So I suspect these will last at least a decade. They are thick, well made and solid. One user posted how they fell off, I can't understand other then he did not prep his area. Here are some tips" 1. Take your time. When you are applying the tile make sure you only remove half the paper backing. Slowly peel the paper off as you stick the tile down. Less likely to have it prematurely stick in places you don't want it to ie: your hands. They can pull the skin off they are that sticky. 2. Clean your surface. I would not personally use these on dry wall as you likely will have to redo the drywall if you ever decide to remove them. They become one with the wall. 3. Take your time around outlets. It is not easy. 4. Get a good pair of all purpose snips. I got mine from Target. 5. Enjoy a nice glass of wine after a job well done. It took me roughly 3 hours. I used 2.5 boxes. ... show more

While the peel and stick backsplash is easy to install and looks nice, they are heavy if you order too many. I over-ordered, but it has worked out because I love the end result! It is durable and if you didn’t know it was peel and stick, you would swear it was installed by a professional. 😁

I'm taking away one star. The main reason is it states no special tools required. I actually purchased a new set of heavy duty scissors and a scoring knife to make things easier. The peel and stick set I purchased have metal strips in the tile. They look gorgeous with my stainless steel appliances. However it is very difficult to cut through them. However final results are great and it took my husband and I about 3 hours to complete a small area of backsplash in our kitchen. ... show more

Bought this to freshen up the kitchen area in my camper and I love it. Fits perfect and it was easy to apply and cut down to size where I needed it to fit. I love the new look. It’s been some weeks now and it seems to be holding up nicely where the old was starting to peel off. Recommend.

I absolutely love this tile! The texture looks and feels like real stone, and I love the spattering of gold accent tiles. It’s super easy to install. I’m 77 years old and I installed this myself using scissors. I have about 9 linear feet of backsplash, and the small tiles ensure that there is little waste. The adhesive is extremely strong, so be careful when installing to be sure it’s lined up exactly where you need it. It will take the paper off of sheetrock if you try to pull it up (trust me).
