I guess I should have realized this was just a cover and you have to fill it up. No beans inside the bean bag. I had a lot of pillows around the house though for some reason, so not really an issue. Still, was a surprise. I'm not sure I should rate the durability yet, but it is soft and comfortable.

We had a classic bean bag (think foam pellets all over the house when the seams start to give.) The kids adored it and I didn't know what to do when it started giving up the ghost and every flop made my life a snow globe... Started looking for shells, found this. There wasn't enough to bulk it up, but the kids have been happy and I think I am just going to mix in a little stuffing now that we have had it for more than a month and it doesn't look like it is going to give up. Will it last forever? I doubt it, but it was like $18 and we are putting it to good use. I wouldn't over stuff it, since then sitting on it would likely put it though extra strain, but it is holding up in our house happily with the extra room. ... show more
