Root beer yum vanilla cream yup & black cherry delicious Stubborn soda is made with cane sugar which makes these a delight to enjoy. They are not overly sugary unlike others products and have so much flavor in each sip.

    • Good, not great. Pretty pricey.
I bought the Stubborn Soda variety pack since it seemed like a fun 'treat' even though it seems a bit expensive for a 12-pack of 12oz soda. Overall, I'd rate them 'good not great' and they don't seem terribly different from other commercially-made sodas (with the exception of the cherry-tarragon). Black Cherry Tarragon: is the most interesting of the bunch and would probably be the most divisive flavor. The cherry flavor is very prominent and the tarragon flavor is a very slight herbal/anise/licorice flavor at the end. It's not bad at all, but it definitely gives me a medicinal, cherry cough syrup kind of vibe. My least favorite, but definitely the most unique. Classic Root Beer: is exactly that. A very classic, traditional root beer flavor. It's a bit over sweetened for my taste, but it's really good. I can't say that it differs much from other big-name brands. If I didn't know better I'd probably guess it was A&W if blindfolded. But I'm not a root beer connoisseur, either. My second favorite. Agave Vanilla Cream Soda: is the best of the bunch. I absolutely LOVE vanilla. I'm one of those guys who thinks that vanilla (despite being labeled plain and boring) is one of the best flavors and fragrances out there. This one hits on the vanilla HARD and I totally dig it. I can't think of another soda that packs this much vanilla hit. It's smooth and just sweet enough. Fell in love with this soda at a restaurant in Downtown Atlanta and I have been hooked very since. 10/10 would recommend. Order you some and get some Sonic ice and you are in business. All the flavors are my favorite. Enjoy.

I like the root beer and dark cherry. It is odd that this is a Pepsi product created by PepsiCo to masquerade as a small batch up and coming company. With that said, it is way over priced and not as good as other root beers that I can get at the grocery store 3x's cheaper.

All three flavors knocked my socks off. The taste is bold and the flavors are easy to distinguish. If I had to pick a favorite one... I can't.

    • A Great Alternative To Regular Soda
I found Stubborn Sodas one day when I ordered a sub from Jersey Mike's. They use Stubborn as their official soda band.in their stores here in Buffalo. I had given up soda many years ago after reading about how harmful and cancer causing high fructose corn syrup is. HFCS is in nearly everything! But fortunately, in recent years they have come out with alot of alternatives for people who still want to enjoy food but would rather do without the cancer part. I always check the ingredients on anything I feed to myself or my cat. If you want to live a long disease- free life you really have to these days as our food companies like to sneak in harmful ingredients to our favorite foods all the time in a subversive attempt to kill us all. and have us pay for the pleasure of dying. Stubborn Soda is amazingly healthy (for a soda). They use no artificial ingredients whatsoever. They also contain only 150 calories a can. But the biggest thing is they do not use processed sugar as all regular sodas do. They use the much healthier alternative cane sugar. Cane sugar is very different from the processed, addictive type that is in all sodas and most of our foods. AND it is "fair trade certified" meaning it has oversight and regulations in the way it is framed and produced that other sugars do not. And the taste? I can talk for hours about the wonderful flavor of these sodas. They have loads of flavor and , to me, are even better than their regular soda counterparts. Now as other people have mentioned, they are more expensive, but in the long run, is a little higher price worth it for the sake of your health? I think so. And as harmful as we know regular soda is now, a good tasting, healthy alternative is worth it at any price in my opinion. ... show more
