Affordable, Good-Looking Tie
Color: K- Dark Green Blue White Striped
If, like me, you need an affordable way to fill out or update your work wardrobe, this tie is a good choice. An up-to-date tie that's a little cheaper than some is better than an out-of-date nicer tie, in my opinion. The woven material is smooth, and the texture has a slight gloss to it, much like silk. The colors are vibrant and bright, with a nice weave to the material. The material feels strong and does not pucker or distort under the tension of being tied, and it relaxes back to a smooth appearance once re-hung in the closet. A couple of things I might change: The loop that holds the small end is made from the same material as the tie, which looks a little cheap. Most ties have the brand label there. Also, the tag sticking out of the small end of the tie that says "100% polyester" and "Made in China" would be a little embarrassing to have seen; I will cut this off mine. Overall, not the nicest tie in my closet, but it has an acceptable appearance and is hard to beat for $10.

Sharp-looking tie that looks much more expensive than it is Really happy with this tie. The blue striped pattern looks sharp and has a nice classic style that works really well for business, weddings, graduations, church, dinners, or basically any occasion where you need to clean up your look. The pattern has enough detail to stand out without being loud or difficult to match. The 3.15-inch width is a great middle ground. It gives the tie a traditional, polished appearance without looking overly wide or outdated. It also lays nicely when tied and gives a clean knot and overall finish. The material has a good feel to it and doesn't look thin or flimsy when worn. The stitching and overall construction seem well done, and the tie holds its shape nicely instead of looking sloppy after being tied. The length is also plenty workable for a normal men's dress shirt and jacket combination. I especially like the versatility of the blue color. It pairs easily with white, light blue, gray, black, and other common dress shirts, so this is the kind of tie you can actually get a lot of use out of instead of buying something that only works with one outfit. For the price, this is a really good value. It has the appearance, fit, and overall quality you want from a dress tie without needing to spend a lot of money. Definitely a solid addition to the closet.

I've always bought silk ties but I wanted to try this one out to see if I could notice the difference. The big difference is the feel of the tie, it's not as soft/smooth to the touch as a silk tie, but that's to be expected. The material is polyester, but that also means its hand washable. The tie is a great size as well, not too wide but not a skinny tie. The colors are very vibrant. I'm very pleased with this tie and the price point is at the level where I can get several for the price of one silk tie.

Nice classic black burgundy striped tie for business or formal outfits

Overall at about $12.99 this is a good value for a classic striped men’s tie. The black burgundy striped color looks clean and professional without being too loud. I like that it has enough pattern to stand out a little, but still works for business, dinner, weddings, graduation, church, or other formal events. The 3.15 inch width is a nice standard size too, not super skinny and not oversized. The polyester material feels decent for the price and the stitching looks neat. It ties a good knot and the length should work for most men. I also like that there are a lot of color options in the listing, but this black burgundy stripe is one of the easier ones to match with a white, gray, navy, or black shirt. It is hand wash only, so I would not throw it in the washer, but that is pretty normal for ties. For the price, I think it is a solid buy if you need an inexpensive tie that still looks nice enough for dressier occasions.
