***Update*** So Travis at StringSwing Customer Service reached out to me and was very helpful. He advised that I could tighten the arms on the trumpet mount by removing the black cap that is covering the center bolt and tighten the bolt using a socket set. He said he would replace the holder if the bolt was stripped however mine was fine and the arms tightened up nicely. So if your trumpet mount has become loose, do yourself a favor and pop off the black cap in the front, center of the mount and tighten the bolt underneath, you'll be good as new. Thank you StringSwing for the wonderful Customer Service 🙂 **Original Review** I would not recommend this product. The manufacturer does not honor their warranty claim. I purchased this trumpet holder in December as a Christmas present for my middle school son. Starting out the holder was great you could set it to any angle you'd like and the trumpet would be secure and didn't move. However after approx. 6 months of use the arms on the holder became loose and now they no longer stay in the position when you put the trumpet on it. There have been many occasions when I've gone in his room and the trumpet has slid around and is hanging vertically on the wall. I have tried to tighten the arms but there is unfortunately no way to manually adjust them. I have contacted the manufacturer via their email ([email protected]). Their website claims that their products are backed by a lifetime warranty but I have heard nothing back. I will update this review if I get a response and they honor their warranty claim.

Got this for my trumpet. They say if your keep your trumpet in it's case, you're likely not to use or practice. This has helped. I like that it is very sturdy ( if applied as directed on wall). It is of tuff quality and has a protectant surface not to scratch my trumpet. I wish it was able to adjust in width of holder. You have to be careful when storing trumpet on holder. I have to be careful not to hit slide rings. Other than that, it does a fine job of storing and displaying.

I have a few holding up my trumpets on the wall. I love that it swivels so you can hang your trumpet up however you like. Not just straight on the wall. I have my screwed into studs but it feels safe and holds them up well.
